We've been staying here for four years now, and it's become a favorite. The environment is always clean and well-maintained, making it ideal for families with children of all ages, providing a place to relax and unwind.

We had wonderful days here! Everything was perfect! The pools were a highlight for the kids! Clean and very, very friendly staff!! We'll probably come back next year!

The residence is breathtakingly beautiful, featuring several units in typical Tuscan style. The pool is well-equipped with slides and shallow areas for children. ⭐ 5/5 Perfect vacation at Residence Ghiacci Vecchi! We stayed with four of us (two adults and two children, ages 3 and 9) in a "BC" terraced house: spacious, well-organized, and equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and amenities. Impeccably clean, with sheets and towels changed every five days, everything sealed and sanitized: a true guarantee of quality. The residence is surrounded by greenery, a wonderful and well-kept park, full of rides and play areas for children, as well as quiet areas under the pine trees for those who want to read or relax. The atmosphere is perfect for families! The swimming pools are the real highlight: two dedicated to children, with fun slides where our little ones had a great time, and a quieter one for adults, ideal for relaxing. Everything is spotless: the staff comes every three to four hours to check and disinfect the water, a level of attention rarely found elsewhere. There's also a fully equipped barbecue area inside, with wood, charcoal, and grills available: the perfect opportunity to share a cookout with the many friendly and respectful families who frequent the residence. There's also an on-site restaurant and pizzeria, very convenient for those who don't want to cook. Just outside the residence, within minutes you'll find supermarkets, services, and, most importantly, local farmers selling locally sourced fruit and vegetables: the freshest and most delicious produce. In short: cleanliness, organization, top-notch services, a family atmosphere, and kind and professional staff. A vacation that truly left us smiling. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful holiday at this residence/village in Tuscany! 🌿 It's the perfect place for families: surrounded by nature, with two pools, one with slides perfect for kids. The cottages are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, with regular towel and linen changes. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, making the stay even more comfortable. My kids had a blast, and we found the atmosphere very friendly: it was easy to make friends with the neighboring families. A place where relaxation and fun blend perfectly... we'll definitely be back!

Overall it was very good. Very good outdoor facilities for summer.

Well kept bungalows, friendly staff, away from tourist noise,… Perfect. Rooms were exceptionally clean, very conferrable, kitchen is fully stocked (even knifes were sharpened!), bathrooms newly renovated. Lots of playground for kids and the pools clean. I recommend this place for families with small children. On sight AC charging station is a blessing - all chargers work and price per kw is reasonable. Nearby restaurant has good food and friendly and accommodating staff; they offer takeaway so you can enjoy dinner at your bungalow when the restaurant is full. Will definitly return next year.
