Very characteristic and welcoming poster located in the center of Carbognano. The square is very small and only about ten parking spaces are available. The restaurant consists of two rooms with about ten tables arranged with ample space between them. The owner is a very hospitable and sociable person who welcomes you as if you were in the living room of his home and between one chat and another he lists the various delicacies cooked by his wife. I read many who say they did not receive the menu, in my case it was given to us. A small welcome appetizer is given which is followed by very good homemade dishes with rigorously homemade pasta. The wine is only available by the glass or bottle. The only flaw is the price is a little expensive, two first courses, two starters, one dessert, water, two glasses of wine, two coffees, 90 euros but it is undoubtedly worth the expense.

Truly unique place where the owner entertains the room well and where the dishes they prepare are quite simple but delicious dishes with excellent raw materials, the pappardelle with hare was special. I recommend booking as there are few places available

"I had the pleasure of having dinner on Saturday with my boyfriend and I was particularly impressed. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The service was impeccable, with the staff who proved to be kind, attentive and always available to our requests. The menu it was creative and the portions were generous. In particular I tasted the rabbit….. and it was an extraordinary culinary experience. The ingredients were fresh and quality and the flavor was simply delicious. I highly recommend it to all lovers of authentic Italian cuisine. but above all the owner is fantastic….

A pleasant discovery, the inn is truly characteristic in its vintage style, it could easily be compared to a Parisian bistro, the owner is truly a friendly and fun person! We will definitely be back!!!
