We visited this enchanting restaurant last night and were deeply impressed. They reserved a secluded table for us in an intimate and refined atmosphere—we were seated among the columns, simply captivated by the beauty of the place. Special thanks go to Mauro and Giovanna, the owners. They are a lovely couple, welcoming and attentive. Mauro personally explained the menu to us, with passion and warmth: a truly unique and personal approach. Everything—from the wine to the food—was excellent. In particular, the porcini mushroom carpaccio won us over. An unforgettable experience, combining taste, aesthetics, and an almost magical atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

A very well-kept and welcoming eclectic style restaurant. The owner is very kind and loves to explain the dishes, revealing a true passion for catering. Excellent cuisine, the porcini mushrooms are sublime, never eaten cooked so well (it's a secret of the chef). Excellent cod and also the carbognana (a cacio e pepe with bacon) is excellent with its homemade maltagliati. Desserts and coffee on par with the dishes, delicious! This place is absolutely worth a visit, it deserves to be tried by lovers of good food and hospitality. Prices not exactly like those of an osteria but absolutely in line with the gastronomic offer, Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was great, and the pasta was so delicious that I couldn't stop thinking about it after I got home. They were also kid-friendly. The only disappointment was that the duck was very tough and I had to use a lot of strength to eat it.

Ristorante molto accogliente e rustico, dalle origini di un antica osteria. Personale molto disponibile gentile e coinvolgente. Ottimo cibo tipico e caratteristico del borgo in cui si trova.

Special place, the owner is very nice, after we sat down he sat down with us and told us all the dishes on the menu. Very good food prepared with love, excellent first courses and superb duck leg if you pass by there stop by you will not regret it. Congratulations.

22/08/2025: We came here just for dessert, on the recommendation of our Airbnb host in Viterbo. The ambiance outside was cozy and inviting, perfect for lingering over something sweet. We tried a creamy dessert layered over a moist plum rum cake at the bottom- delicious. Another favorite was the raspberry and cherry dessert topped with hazelnuts and chocolate crumbles, a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Both were excellent. The only downside was that it took quite a long time for us to place our order. That said, once the desserts arrived, they were well worth the wait. I also couldn't help but notice the other dishes coming out to nearby tables- they all looked wonderful. Next time, I'd definitely come for a full meal too.
15/08/2025: A welcoming restaurant both inside and out, with excellent dishes prepared with the finest ingredients! Homemade tagliolini with truffles.....low-temperature cooked Cinta Senese pork belly....bread and desserts rigorously prepared with selected niche flours....everything excellent! Leonardo, the attentive and friendly staff, is able to interpret your tastes and offer appropriate advice!! Highly recommended!!

02/07/2025: I come here often, the quality of the food is excellent and the menu changes often depending on the season, they also do excellent fish, in addition to meat. They have a wide selection of wines. Inside it is small and cozy but the outdoor tables enjoy an enviable position. The staff is very kind and the prices are more than adequate for the high quality they offer. It is one of the best restaurants in Viterbo and as far as the historic center is concerned it has no rivals
15/06/2025: Highly recommended! I was undecided between two appetizers and in the end the waiter brought me both making half a portion for one, taking away the problem of choosing only one. I also ordered a first course, two medium beers and a coffee. All for €40, honestly I expected to spend at least €10 more considering the average prices around. Exceptional quality, I will definitely be back
