La Locanda Francescana In Poggio bustone

I can only say that this restaurant saved us. As pilgrims on the Way of St. Francis, we had been walking for eight hours since Marmore and arrived in Poggio Bustone completely starved. The only place open for lunch was La Locanda Francescana. The owner warmly welcomed us in, and the food arrived in no time. The salad was incredibly fresh, and the pasta was delicious. We even got a nice pilgrim stamp. Thank you so much for everything!

Homemade pasta, generous portions, unique flavors. I was impressed not only by the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms but also by the flavor of the pan-fried chicory, which was divine, just the right amount of spicy, and tasted like chicory! Congratulations!

Feliciano is a wonderful and welcoming person. We had a great time. The breakfast could be improved.
