A beautiful location with a breathtaking view. The food was tasty and fresh. As a customer, however, I have a piece of advice: it's best to print a sheet of paper with the daily menu or at least the daily availability. This prevents customers from repeatedly asking and being told that the requested dish isn't available. This is very annoying. You end up choosing an alternative, right there, that you weren't even sure you wanted.
The chef's cod was very good.
We particularly enjoyed the focaccia served with bread, and the desserts were truly excellent. The pizza was also very good.

A very good Italian restaurant with delicious, freshly prepared food. You can even watch the chef at work. A sea view is a bonus.

Excellent food, shame about the slow service, but I understand that weekends can be hectic. We had a seafood pasta, some fried foods, and a pizza—everything was delicious! Compliments to the chef.

Everything was excellent, really everything we ate was good, but the pizza... it's truly unique, light, tasty, and perfectly made. They even make the bread; it's so good you could eat it on its own. The dessert was superb. They didn't even ask me to write a review; I'm doing it out of a desire to honor quality. We'll be back to Ischia to eat at Vito's again.

We booked and were given a table right away. It took 10 minutes just to get water... well, we went on the recommendation of a local gentleman because the food was particularly good. But alas, menu-wise, I'm a vegetarian and my husband is a carnivore. He couldn't try the Ischian rabbit because it's a minimum for two people (€65), which was a shame for him. The other very traditional dishes didn't catch our attention, so we opted for pizza, which is also the most requested dish in the room. A 70-minute wait 😭😭😭 The dough is light and good, but such a wait is unthinkable and unjustifiable given the number of diners present. The icing on the cake... the owner going around the tables bragging about this and that too!! 🤦🏻♀️

We stopped at Locanda di Vito for a pizza lunch before our departure from Ischia. A beautiful restaurant with a panoramic view of the beautiful Citara beach. The pizza was delicious, and the staff was helpful, efficient, and friendly.
A special shout-out to the waiter from Foggia, whose name I don't remember. He was incredibly kind and hospitable, and welcomed us with a glass of prosecco.
Highly recommended.

I discovered this place by chance five years ago and I return every year to eat here. It's not cheap, but it offers excellent value, nothing like the tourist restaurants on the coast. A very beautiful place with a sea view. There are three open kitchens for pizza, meat, and fish. I've eaten everything, and I have to say it's all excellent and not ordinary. Finally, what do you think of the dining room staff? They're true professionals.
