We looked for a new place to taste typical things compared to Castellammare.... and Nonna Ciccia's inn in Calatafimi/Segesta was an excellent discovery. I recommend Grandma Ciccia's platter...but other equally unique and delicious dishes have passed by...with really honest prices. Congratulations indeed

One word: Superlative! They deserve 10 and praise! Everything we ordered was delicious and well presented: the octopus salad, the 2 first courses, the fillet with mushrooms... and what about the tiramisu... even the coffees! Really generous portions, but, above all, quality products. We will return when we are in your area. Great chef! Highly recommended!!!!

Classic Trattoria of the past.. Spartan location and service just enough to manage the different tables. However, the food is excellent value for money, with a cuisine that reflects local dishes. If you are passing through for a visit to the temple of Segesta, this could be the right opportunity..

04/01/2025: A journey through time... perfect for a Montalbano film. A ground floor without any sign... in a place "frozen" in the 60s... a delicious pastry shop with forgotten desserts like "la patata" and historic desserts, staples and cannoli, places like this no longer exist. Hurry if you are also looking for the atmosphere and the place. The lady and her husband are two lovely people who make you feel at home. Thank you.

27/10/2024: Yesterday, we had an amazing meal at l’Antico Granaio. I had seared tuna with pistachios, and my wife had seared tuna with pickled red onions. Both tuna dishes were perfectly prepared, but the sweet and sour pickled red onions were exceptional – such a perfect balance! For dessert, we had the pistachio tiramisu, which at first seemed like a disappointment because it wasn’t fresh. However, after the first bite, it became clear – it was a flavor explosion you simply can’t achieve with fresh tiramisu. Only two days left here in Castellammare del Golfo, but we’ll be back!
