La Locanda di Giulia In Arezzo

I was at Locanda di Giuia on May 1st for my parents' anniversary. Stunning place with a breathtaking view, beautiful, well-kept and clean premises. Excellent food with quality raw materials. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, top of the range. All acquired. I RECOMMEND with full marks.

We stayed at the inn from April 24th to 27th, Lovely place, clean and well-kept rooms, equipped with all comforts. Perhaps there are few dishes in the apartments for cooking independently, but there is the restaurant which offers excellent typical cuisine. The owner is very helpful. Strategic location, a few km from Arezzo. I recommend it to everyone

Siamo stati 2 volte nell'ultimo anno con mia moglie per qualche giorno in questa Locanda, in occasione del mercato dell'antiquariato che si tiene il primo week end dei ogni mese ad Arezzo. Oltre a dormire bene siamo stati in 2 diverse sistemazioni la sera ceniamo al ristorante della locanda così possiamo anche bere un bicchiere di vino in più. Devo dire che si sta veramante bene silenzioso si riposa bene, si mangia bene, passeggiata ad Arezzo che merita veramante poi una visita al mercatino, week end perfetto sicuramente ci torneremo.

I had lunch here last Sunday, I must say very good! Excellent service, abundant and very good dishes, fantastic dessert! The only flaw to report is the communication via WhatsApp for bookings: the response received was rather short and not very exhaustive. It would be helpful to provide more details to make the process clearer and more welcoming. Having said that I will definitely be back!!

I had lunch here with some relatives. I was lucky to get a seat on Sunday afternoon by calling the day before. We had a great time. Traditional and delicious dishes at the right price. I had my fill of truffles: burrata with truffle, tagliatelle with truffle and tagliatelle with truffle. All excellent. Courteous and fast staff. Very nice location, I would go back in the summer to eat outside with the view of Arezzo. Ps: the multicolored cat is very beautiful <3

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perché volevamo prendere la ribollita. Siamo stati accolti bene e quasi subito hanno preso la nostra ordinazione,nel locale eravamo presenti noi tre e una coppia. Dai tavoli apparecchiati si deduceva che stavano aspettando due o tre comitive per un totale di almeno 30 persone. Detto questo,ci siamo affrettati ad ordinare poiché eravamo stanchi e cenando presto saremmo ritornati in hotel. Prendiamo 2 ribollite e una zuppa di fagioli, un bottiglia di acqua naturale,un galletto alla griglia e un contorno di patate. Per finire una porzione di cantucci e vino santo. Pagato 79 euro. La qualità è buona,quantità e costo direi abbastanza adeguato considerando che ovunque i prezzi sono lievitati. Siamo rimasti perplessi solo di una cosa,la scelta di servire la ribollita su piatti piani. Quando è arrivata era già tiepida e dopo le prime cucchiaiate era praticamente fredda,questo ci ha costretto a finirla velocemente senza poterla gustare pian piano,assaporandone il gusto e scaldandoci ad ogni cucchiaiata. Ecco, se abbiamo un suggerimento da fare,di mettere la ribollita in piatti tradizionali,in questo caso è meglio lasciare le innovazioni per altre preparazioni. Ci torneremo sicuramente per le nostre prossime visite in zona.
