La Locanda Del West In Chiaravalle

A few weeks ago, we made reservations for two on a Tuesday evening for dinner at 7:30 PM. They reserved a table for us right in front of the entrance door, without explaining that it was the only available table because the others were already taken and dinner would be served in multiple sittings. We arrived at this otherwise very nice place. But we were greeted by a lady at the cash register, and we asked if it was possible to have another table, a little more sheltered. She escorted us to a waitress who told us in a cold and annoyed manner that the table had to be free by 8:30 PM. Despite the embarrassment, we decided to eat, and obviously, between words and actions, we ate within 20 minutes... We wanted to at least ask for a coffee to finish. But the same waitress, very rudely, reminded us that we had to leave the table free. The first and perhaps last time we'll set foot in that place... A real shame. The little we ate was good. And we really liked the place. But if this is the service... We'll think carefully before returning.

Almost all the food was pre-cooked, the place was very noisy.

Very good asado. Efficient and friendly country service. The atmosphere is a bit too chaotic.

Very good Mexican food but the meat is also good and the pizza is excellent

Beautiful place, completely decorated as if a customer were in an old Wild West saloon. .All types of food are excellent and sometimes reflect the Wild West. It is also a place of this type and the waiters dress like gunslingers and serve the customers at the table...the people who frequent this place are always very young men and women...the pizza is perhaps more unique than rare for its deliciousness and particularity. The staff is all very kind, polite, professional but also joking, including the owners...the coffee is a real coffee...good luck from Piero, a solitary PAINTER aka the painter of the night...the prices are very reasonable on every type of food🐬✋😇
