Introduction, it is a place that has been open for 12 years, unfortunately I discovered it late...so, the owner is a nice and knowledgeable person, he recommends the menu like a true host, answering all questions, even about off-menu items. ... For those who are passionate about Sardinia and its cuisine it is the ideal place.... I recommend booking and getting advice from them... everything is delicious!

Premessa, è un locale aperto da 12 anni , io purtroppo l'ho scoperto in ritardo...allora, il titolare è una persona simpatica e preparata, consiglia il menù da vero padrone di casa rispondendo a tutte le domande, anche sui fuori menù... Per chi è appassionato di Sardegna e della sua cucina è il luogo ideale.... Consiglio di prenotare e di farsi consigliare da loro .. tutto buonissimo!

....può succedere infatti che parti da Napoli..per vedere l’INFIORATA di Genzano .. per conoscere “LE FRASCHETTE” e gustarti le prelibatezze della cucina romana..e finisci invece in Sardegna 🤣🤣 nella LOCANDA DEL SARDO..perché tua moglie vuole assaggiare i CULURGIONES..🤷♂️ Alessandra e consorte due splendidi e cortesi padroni di casa..ti accompagnano e consigliano..oltre al primo..un buon crudo..e fritturina il tutto innaffiato da un fresco Vermentino….prezzo adeguato ..grazie di tutto ..buona vitaaaa

We had lunch today: it was a very positive experience starting from the kindness and competence of the dining room staff (the owner, discovering my curiosity about Sardinian cheeses, offered us a taste of delicate pecorino cream, excellent on carasau bread), we chosen the fish with 2 first courses (culurgiones with bottarga, 1 spaghetti with clams and 1 spaghetti with clams with bottarga) and a fried fish + 1 fried calamari and prawns: all excellent and plentiful.
To finish, Filu 'e ferru and Mirto and 1 lemon sorbet, very kindly offered.
Sardinian kindness at its best.
