Among the best places in Abruzzo for the quality of arrosticini..the liver ones are the best, top also the fried cheese as the quality/price ratio obviously weekends a reservation is mandatory. Sergio and Cristina are very friendly
If you are lucky you can park near the inn.

Among the best arrosticini I've eaten, including the really good liver ones
Fried cheese was fabulous
The cured meats were also good, but although it was interesting to see a ham cut super thick, it was difficult to chew. In a rustic environment like this, however, it was fine
I don't have the photos but the pecora alla callara was delicious, fritters were disappointing for the filling
As for dessert, very mediocre proposals, I took the tiramisu, unfortunately, the worst of my life
A negative note was also the deafening noise directly in the room from the fan/hood (I don't know exactly what)
On a birthday, the small negative notes were super compensated by the central product, the arrosticini were top-notch
Informal and friendly service, being with a group of friends it was super in line

CLAMOROUS arrosticini... crazy fried cheese, sublime cheese and egg meatballs... Double with the artists' bar and then headed to the hotel to rest... a battle that leaves you in bliss.

Excellent meat and liver arrosticini with green pepper and onion. Appetizers with local cold cuts and cheeses. Excellent fried foods.
The meat and especially liver kebabs are excellent. Absolutely worth trying

Prosciutto tagliato a mano e pecorino davvero ottimi, arrosticini spettacolari. Camerieri gentili ed alla mano, non capisco le recensioni negative. Ormai pensano tutti di essere a Masterchef e si divertono a scrivere stupidaggini. Io da anni, essendo Abbruzzese, giro per ristoranti e ribadisco che gli arrosticini sono tipici, tagliati a mano e buonissimi.
