Absolutely amazing place! the atmosphere is beautiful - everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Best pasta I’ve had in Italy - came back two nights in a row. The portion sizing is perfect, bruschetta was amazing, prices were low, especially considering the quality of food, and the food came out super quick and fresh. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!!

Absolutely recommendable! Very professional and friendly service, and one of the best lasagnas I've ever eaten (and I'm a huge lasagna fan). It would even deserve 6 stars. The only drawback is the location near the busy street. Otherwise, everything was top-notch. My girlfriend also really enjoyed the Sorrento-style gnocchi.

We are happy to have dined here, away from the crowded tourist areas. The gnocchi with meatballs were extraordinarily good, with pillowy soft pasta and a flavorful sauce. We had a brief talk with the owner who shared interesting stories about his family recipes.

I was highly satisfied with the taste and flavor of the eggplant parmigiana, as it had perfectly cooked vegetables, fresh tomato sauce and the right amount of cheese. I have dined extensively throughout Italy and for me, this restaurant represents the finest of Italian culinary traditions. Service was top-notch.

Traditional Neapolitan cuisine takes center stage: every dish we tried was carefully prepared, rich in flavor, and made with quality ingredients. The passion and love for tradition are evident in every course. A special mention goes to the dessert, which ended the evening perfectly: delicious, beautifully presented, and absolutely unforgettable. I highly recommend Osteria La Chitarra to anyone who wants a true Neapolitan experience in an authentic and convivial atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
