I was in the restaurant, I had a great time both eating and with the staff, truly exceptional pizza, the cacio e pepe is very good and I recommend it

16/06/2025: The fraschette of the past no longer exist. This is one of the many that have become taverns. For someone like me, who comes to Frascati every now and then, it can even be enough to relive that atmosphere. Cutting board for €12. Wine and soda. Donuts. Panorama of Rome. The quality is not excellent, but sufficient. The prices are accessible. Very young waiters. Characteristic owner.
