Nice restaurant with tables outside in the garden, very friendly and nice owner and staff. Very good dishes, above all the scialatiello with cream of potatoes, cod and crusco pepper, truly spectacular. Good prices.

The place is surrounded by greenery and very well looked after. The outdoor area is not large, there are few tables so there is an area of intimacy and exclusivity. We ate a first and second course, which were really good. The service deserves a separate comment: the very kind staff (even with our dogs), in particular Laura who assisted us throughout the dinner, advising us and taking care of us.
An experience absolutely worth repeating!

The "Locanda dei Cardilli" is a fish restaurant in the historic center of Policastro, near the Duomo, with a delightful garden where we dined 4 nights out of 7 of our holiday in Cilento. We felt at home... pampered by the service of Laura and all the staff and by Antonio's amazing cuisine.
We highly recommend it!!

Well, what can I say... it was a very pleasant surprise. Small but welcoming environment, super friendly staff. Exquisite food, we ordered the scialatielli with clams and pistachio pesto, then for the second course fried calamari (perfect fry). And to finish a very delicate lemon sorbet. We were then offered some liquorice liqueur. Thanks also to Laura (who took our orders), the evening was nothing short of perfect. The price, given that we are talking about a fish-based dinner, was not low but obviously it was worth it. Highly recommended

Ambiente raffinato, cena in un bellissimo giardino .
Scialatielli alle vongole eccezionali. Ottimi anche l antipasto di 5 porzioni di pesce e la frittura mista.

Piacevole giardino dive abbiamo mangiato un ottimo insieme di antipasti, paccheri con pescatrice e pasta con vongole e pesto di pistacchi innaffiato don un buon Fiano biologico della casa. Servizio veloce e simpatico proprietario. Appena ne avrò l'occasione ci tornerò volentieri.

Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile. Piatti non banali. Ho particolarmente gradito la tagliata di tonno con rucola e scaglie, ma anche gli altri piatti sono stati apprezzati come gli scialatielli ai frutti di mare con pistacchio o il tiramisù al pistacchio. (Unica nota stonata un po' troppi moscerini sulla tovaglia). Anche il loro vino (di Castel San Lorenzo) è piaciuto Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Servizio eccellente e cucina ottima. Ho pranzato in questo ristorante con la mia famiglia e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita sia dalla qualità dei piatti che dall'accoglienza offerta. Ritornerò sicuramente.
