Small restaurant with ordinary food. I expected a lot more from them but it works. Just a piece of advice: when the customer asks something about the food, the waiter must not just turn around and walk away. It's disrespectful.

Excellent food, the best restaurant in Fiuggi, I recommend the appetizer of the inn and the braised meat as a second course, the first courses are all excellent.

Last night we ate at this restaurant. Excellent starters, truly delicious but the first course of asparagus gnocchi was not up to par. Unrelated dish, there was no flavor despite abundant seasoning at the end of the dish, green water from the asparagus. Overall, definitely disappointing. Very good desserts. I recommend perfecting some dishes.

03/08/2024: All the food is delicious, it's even the best I've ever tried. The atmosphere is very welcoming and has good taste in the decor. Great service with super welcoming people, always with encouragement and good humor. In short, 10/10, I totally recommend it for solo travelers or family/friends, the food is really delicious and the customer service amazing.
30/07/2024: A little more salt in the dough (still soft), very approachable pizza chef (I think the owner), excellent cooking (picked up the pizza at 7pm, very high probability that it was burnt), overall good pizza, I'll be back to test it again. I didn't really like the Neapolitan one (even with black olives which unfortunately many don't use) but I enjoyed a nice truffle plus. I came back for the restaurant, the first courses were good, unfortunately the second courses were less so
