A real little restaurant, the owner is a wonderful person, he treats all customers impeccably, fish cuisine with the freshest catch of the day, spectacular raw seafood and yellowfin tuna parmigiana, all dishes accompanied by spectacular wines and good, thanks for existing Sabino❤️

Yesterday my son and I had lunch at this restaurant famous for preparing cod-based dishes. The experience was excellent, the dishes, including the fried ones, were light and well presented. The ricotta and apricot dessert is also excellent. I must say that the target is always high, I had been to this restaurant many years ago when I hated cod.... Well!!!! I want to point out that since then I have fallen in love with this dish which at Lanterna turns out to be good in all its versions.... The fresh fish dishes should also not be underestimated. Well done!! Always continue like this!!!!!

Location a somma Vesuviana in un vicolo in discesa, il locale è una veranda chiusa con tettoia fondamentalmente anonima. Gli interni quindi senza particolarità se non qualche richiamo al mare, tavoli in legno con tovaglia fatta di una striscia di stoffa che lascia lo spazio del legno. La specialità è il baccalà che viene ovviamente offerto in tutti i modi con un menù abbastanza vario e ampio; buona anche la carta dei vini. Vi ho preso antipasto di baccalà da €15 al quale abbiamo aggiunto anche altri antipasti come polpette e la parmigiana di baccalà: nel complesso forse proprio l'antipasto di baccalà (fatto di varie cose tra cui una fresella con baccalà ricoperta di carote e finocchi) non era il migliore; buona la parmigiana di baccalà un attimo anche se un po' troppo oleosa. Paccheri di baccalà dal sapore discreto a prezzo 24€ e frittura di gamberi e seppie piccole a 22€ il resto dei secondi di baccalà a 15€. Il servizio veloce anche se non preciso. Nel complesso il voto è sufficiente con rapporto qualità/prezzo sbilanciato verso il prezzo.

Locale molto carino e curato nei minimi dettagli, menu delizioso e baccalà in tutti i modi, lo consiglio vivemente! I dolci molto buoni

Some friends introduced me to this place, as I wasn't from the area... and I thanked them because we had a really good time. We ate very well, the specialty was cod... I didn't even imagine it could be cooked in so many ways 😅 All delicious and impeccably prepared. All the dishes, however, from appetizers to desserts, are designed and created by the minds and hands of the owners, even in variations and with original combinations, never tried before. The thing that surprised me the most was finding a perfect combination of elegance, service, authenticity and familiarity. Honest prices, especially for the quality and presentation of the dishes.

Not just cod. Everything excellent!!!

Best advice, great stockfish variations. Great wines. The innkeeper is a wine freak.
