Working for a food and wine magazine of national importance, I went to this restaurant with the intention of giving a review regarding the dinner consumed. I went to this restaurant on a Monday evening...I arrived at 7.30pm and left at 9.50pm...total number of covers around 35 for the whole evening... I order in order A peppered mussel, balanced and right in flavour, but with considerable mistreatment of the mussels as they are dark, small and nervous (overcooking) I continue with a tartare with burrata and chopped pistachios... very good and fresh... chopped well and appropriately lightly seasoned, served on a plate filled with dull and useless salad. Furthermore, the chopped pistachios are not enhanced at all and are lost in the context of the dish. Then I decide for a scialatiello with seafood... very good, well seasoned in relation to fish and pasta... the pasta was cooked very well, as was the creaming... but here too the mussels were heavily killed in the face of calamari and prawns well cooked... I continue with mixed fruit and vegetables... well cooked and crunchy... even the vegetables... the choice of rice flour made the dish consistent... even if the service in a paper bag made it soft and moist after a few minutes.. still good... then not happy I wanted to try the meat.. sore point.. I took a 500g rib eye and here I repented before judging... Meat that was not matured at all, very fresh (certainly fassone) and totally tasteless... and without even asking me how it was cooked, it was brought to me with medium cooking... but the meat was badly cooked... scored just right but in the end it seemed boiled (neither I ate half). Finally I asked for a pizza to take away and a lemon sorbet... well for a total expense of 108 euros (average restaurant receipt 25 euros) and after reporting the terrible quality of the meat... well I wasn't not even asked or rather offered a bitter or a coffee... I forgot... as soon as I sat down I asked for a double malt dark beer and as a first start they brought me a medium light one... refused... I would go back but certainly without big expectations and with the idea of ​​being satisfied... I was disappointed about the coffee or the bitters... and also about the steak being paid at full price... obviously no discount... a small gesture on several occasions would have been enough. ..but none of them materialised...I don't think I'll go back...

Semplice e genuino offre un prodotto di qualità, in alcuni casi anche d'eccellenza, preparato a regola d'arte. Molto bene la proposta a livello di ristorante e ottima quella relativa alla pizza. In sintesi molta sostanza è poca apparenza. Servizio all'altezza e rapporto qualità prezzo ben bilanciato. Molto bravi. Consigliatissimo.
