My furnishing experience with Lops was exceptional! The couple E. (our furnishing consultant) and F. (assembly team leader) proved to be super successful and efficient. Surely the price level is not low/cheap but choosing Lops means choosing uncommon, custom-made and quality furniture. For your home you have to spend the right amount, according to your availability, the important thing is to be satisfied. And I am with Lops. I list the reasons that made my experience successful: 1- I needed to furnish a completely empty house, not a room. E. was assigned to me from the first day and no one took her away from me along the way. 2- I have 2 children, I never arrived on time for any of the appointments. I never received any jokes from E. nor was I sent home even once 3- I have 2 children, I almost always took them with me, I prepared food in the shop, changed diapers with plenty of hot water in a clean and equipped bathroom, let them play. never any problems, no complaints 4- I mean everything, we designed it together, È and I, no component of my furniture is standard, everything is custom. E. listened, gave weight to any request I made, in a serious way and tried to satisfy it where possible 5- after the first room, I was given a significant discount, but not in time (eg. if you book by XX), no rush , things have to be done well and I had almost 5 months available 6- with the design confirmed, E. placed the order.. I don't know how he did it, I don't think ordering 4 rooms was a stupid thing. I only know that everything arrived, I mean everything on the same day 7- F. is a war machine.
