Let me start by saying we were in this place during the week the place from the outside looks like a normal house inside and welcoming the only flaw inside is incredible heat no air conditioners not even a shovel on the ceiling to move the air the staff is super efficient, but overall the infamous pizzas Declared by many to be very good, they turned out to be undercooked and the dough is mainly the used mozzarella of poor quality, we also took a classic cutting board with stools and cheese and cured meats, the latter tasted rancid and inedible... I don't understand how it is so highly appreciated the pizza in this place also because in fact there was the pizza chef at the oven where they grill meat only in the evening... anyway we took 2 pizzas a cutting board a french fry 3 bottles of natural water 3 place settings price 53 euros discounted 50 euros ....the pizzas were one with raw ham and one with Sardinian style. The staff is super efficient, you can see that in the evening there is better treatment at lunch even as a poor working lunch menu. In fact we opted for pizzas but with the result described above the only positive thing and accessible for the disabled

Restaurant/Pizzeria with simple and good products. The pizza has an excellent dough, perfect leavening and cooking in a wood oven, in the area it is the best I have ever eaten. The panigacci are equally good, not to mention the grilled meat. excellent quality/price ratio.

Tried it during a lunch break on a working day in La Spezia. Informal place, very popular during lunch breaks by workers in the area. Even though it was full, the service was very fast. Tried on the advice of friends. The meat: 1.3 kg tomahawk for 3 people. Perfect cooking and excellent meat.
