We ate panigacci, pizza, and farinata at this place. The panigacci were perhaps a little too dry, but the pizza was decent, and the farinata was very good, as were the cured meats. The service was quick, and the waiter was very friendly.

Panigacci, pizza, farinata, a few pasta dishes, and excellent meat.
A simple place with quick and attentive service, exceptional farinata, excellent pizzas, and panigacci with exceptional cured meats. Good value for money, a great way to end a lovely evening. Bravo!

I'll start by saying that the food was all good, but the service was terrible.
I went to talk to the owner a week in advance about organizing a dinner with relatives for my daughter's birthday, and we agreed on a specific menu.
I booked for 8:30 pm, and the waitress started putting the menus on the table. I pointed out that it was a pre-arranged dinner and asked her to take them away. The first course arrived at 9:15 pm, and we're talking about ravioli (very good, I recommend them). The rest arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but I had to ask for the "sgabei" that were on the "pre-arranged" menu (if she wants them, I'll have them made for her), this was the waitress's response.
The icing on the cake was seeing and hearing the same waitress come to the table and tell everyone the price of the chosen menu and point out that anyone wanting dessert would be charged an extra €5—something I've never seen before, unforgivable.
I'll start by saying that the owner knew I wasn't serving dessert because there was a birthday cake. I'm speechless; I've never experienced anything like this before. Even if it had been a free dinner, the waitress should have simply asked who wanted dessert... the bills are then settled at the cash register.
Anyway, I'll be back for the pizza and farinata; they made a good impression on me.

There were 3 of us, we had booked without any problems, we were accompanied to the table, we ate panigacci and sgabei with cured meats, everything was good, especially the sgabei, and a mention for the tiramisu, a nice portion that was satisfying.

If you want to try a typical La Spezia dish, this is one of the best places. The panigacci, etc., are very good. Fair prices.
