I'm sad to write this review because I came here a few years ago and had a particularly good time. Coming here for dinner, you feel the warmth of the people, a family atmosphere with a delightful owner... an adjective that can't be used for the food: the octopus appetizer was overcooked, the seafood first courses as well (with flavors ranging from neutral to bland), and the fried food tasted like little to nothing. The staff is welcoming, but last night we noticed a bit of superficiality in the service.

Perhaps this is a place where it's better to order fish; I ordered meat (sliced), which wasn't exceptional. The order was taken very quickly (almost without giving me time to decide), but then not everything I'd ordered arrived. The bill was fair, not excessive.

I happened to arrive at the restaurant for a quick lunch, and after a phone call, despite the hour, I was greeted by the very kind owner. I was looking for something cheap and quick, which I got! The restaurant is spacious with ample parking and tables outside the restaurant as well. It's not a restaurant with elaborate menus, but there's a wide selection. The atmosphere isn't refined, but it's not unpleasant either. The menu varies from a business menu with a first course, second course, wine/water, and coffee for €13, to a fixed menu of the day for €20, or a menu of your choice, with prices varying and increasing depending on what you order. As always, my judgment will be on the menu chosen, the €20 one, and I won't talk about the dishes I didn't eat. In my case, seafood appetizers, such a generous portion that, accompanied by delicious fried bread, had already satisfied my hunger. There was truly everything, from mussels to clams, to fried fish, squid, anchovies, sliced salmon, octopus, croutons, salad, and cherry tomatoes to refresh the palate. The dish was plentiful and well-balanced. Everything was accompanied by a quart of sparkling white wine. After the appetizers, the first course arrived: spaghetti allo scoglio, with plenty of seafood. And a good sauce. Personally, I found the first course less enjoyable because the spaghetti was too al dente. In any case, it was edible and plentiful. The meal ended with coffee. What can I say? For €20, you can't ask for more. It's still a low-cost but filling lunch. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to spend a little more than a typical €13 business lunch. Service was quick and the staff were friendly, considering it was the end of the morning shift. The restaurant is ideal for organizing weddings, parties, and large dinners/lunches. The room is very large and welcoming, and there's always a free table. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but you get good food for the money! Spending more means choosing what you want, and then you can end up spending around €35 with the menu!

Excellent restaurant, welcoming, and the kindness of the staff is in keeping with the deliciousness of their specialties. Recommended.

Siamo stati di sabato sera e devo fare i complimenti a Francesco della Grande Rustichella perché eravamo tante persone, il locale era strapieno e abbiamo mangiato antipasto e pizza in pochissimo tempo! Per finire, ci sono stati serviti dei dolci napoletani da un bravissimo staff! Grazie a Francesco e tutto lo staff della Grande Rustichella🥰abbiamo passato una bellissima serata, lo consiglio vivamente!!!

Siamo stati in questo locale con una grande comitiva e devo dire che era la prima volta che ci andavo e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti per la qualità del cibo , per il servizio veloce ( nonostante il locale era affollato ) e per la napoletanità di Domenico e la simpatia e cordialità di Francesco . Ci ritorneremo di sicuro e lo consiglio vivamente .
