Food with a delicate flavour, Cheese cake that was so light, I take home some soy sauce which I found so good that I want some in my fridge and... sorry for the photos, everything was piping hot but I couldn't resist and finished it all. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Excellent restaurant!

It's been many years since I've been back to this place and I must say that it hasn't changed... The staff has been renewed, very kind and helpful. The service was very quick, as always, the dishes were good but not as exceptional as I remembered. I only ate half of the almond chicken, the chicken seemed raw... I was really sorry. While the tempura vegetables are excellent.

01/12/2024: Excellent quality of food, special and tasty dishes, friendly, welcoming and attentive owners, excellent service too... highly recommended.
03/11/2024: Excellent restaurant in the heart of the charming Sermoneta. At the Symposium we have always eaten divinely: loving mushrooms, I can say that all their porcini-based proposals are worthy of note. The only complaint is that there weren't many porcini mushrooms in the pasta. Finally, how can we not mention the absolute protagonist, their very fragrant condiment based on trombolotto (native Sermonetano lemon) with which they create excellent dishes. Attentive and courteous service. Top!
