Very ethnic place, one of the few left in Latina. Very good food, they focus a lot on the quality of the products, and it shows!!! Very friendly and kind staff, I would just speed up the service a little ☺ But otherwise the food is great!

Food with a delicate flavour, Cheese cake that was so light, I take home some soy sauce which I found so good that I want some in my fridge and... sorry for the photos, everything was piping hot but I couldn't resist and finished it all. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Excellent restaurant!

26/10/2024: Very local and cheap to eat there. I felt very comfortable there as a tourist. There is an antipasti buffet as a first course. Spaghetti Carbonara is recommended.

Simposio al Corso

06/01/2025: My husband, I and my parents ate at this restaurant today 05/01 and we were pleasantly surprised. Very good appetizer, especially the fried artichokes served with their sour cherry balsamic vinegar; the first courses were superlative and a worthy mention goes to their tuna and thrombolotto "carbonara": a pasta very rich not only in ingredients, but in aromas and textures. Cannolo with ricotta like we have never eaten in our lives and cantucci to be dunked in a wine modified by the owner with the addition of sour cherry syrup and whole sour cherries, offered together with a grappa. In this regard, it should be underlined that the owners, husband and wife, know how to welcome as if we were friends in their home. Furthermore, she exchanges pleasant chats with customers and is uniquely helpful and kind. Prices absolutely normal. We will certainly return, perhaps in the summer in their garden and we truly recommend it to everyone.
01/12/2024: Excellent quality of food, special and tasty dishes, friendly, welcoming and attentive owners, excellent service too... highly recommended.
