La Grande Mela In Civita castellana

The pizza was good, but the dish called October Fest wasn't quite up to par.

Discovered by chance, it has now become my go-to pizza spot. It's the ideal place for those, like me, who love a light, thin Roman pizza (one of the few I manage to finish). The pizzeria is very large and has spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, easily accessible to those with disabilities. The only drawbacks are the cacophony inside when it's crowded, and the location; the shopping center parking lot, which isn't exactly a "place to stroll" for evening strolls.

We stopped by this pizzeria by chance for dinner on a Saturday night. Of course, we didn't have a reservation, but they found us a table inside, but we still had a great time. The pizza is really good if you like the classic Roman thin and crispy pizza. Great price!!! The service is a little slow, but that's okay on a Saturday night. We'll be back!!
