La Gouterie is undoubtedly the best pastry shop, both sweet and savory, entirely gluten-free and lactose-free, that I know. They make many traditional Apulian desserts in gluten-free/lactose-free versions, as well as custom orders (cakes, panzerotti, etc.). They also sell a wide selection of packaged gluten-free products. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Excellent gluten-free cake, delicious, very well made and very tasty, ditto for the cookies I ordered that were supposed to be dairy-free and I found them! Everything was VERY appreciated and they already asked for more at home! The staff and owners were very kind and helpful, they helped me with my choice, giving me good advice with patience and kindness! I'm very satisfied, I'll be back again and again ❤️

A truly excellent pastry shop for those with gluten intolerances. You can find everything, they have a truly wide selection, plus both the staff (the girl who served me was very friendly) and the place itself are truly super cute and beautifully kept. It's U-shaped and beautifully decorated, a little gem. I really enjoyed eating there. I recommend it and will definitely be back! And then it's in a great location, less than 10 minutes from the central station, and they also do hot meals, not just desserts. 100% recommended.

The cream and chocolate are just the right amount of sweet without being cloying, while the dough and flavor are light on the palate. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
