No infamy, no praise. For being in Trentino, good fried gnocco and tigella, very good also the cold cuts, the rest in line with other places

Emilian trattoria of excellent level. Truly succulent Mora Romagnola ribs. Excellent chocolate pear and walnut cake. UPDATE (2-6-2025) Everything is always very good. But it happens that, once you have finished the second course, you want a nice dessert; and yet the waiters (who previously did their honest and punctual job with courtesy, apart from a small misunderstanding about the appetizer quickly resolved) leave you there with empty plates with horizontal cutlery, without coming closer; and time passes and they don't come closer; they go to the other tables but no longer to yours; and you can't even get their attention because they never look your way; and you would like to be Alessandro Borghese with 3 other restaurateurs because you know well that then they would remember you; and time passes and they don't come at all; and since you finished the second courses a whole half hour has passed (and that's not a hyperbole at all); and nothing, now you are certain that they will never come to you again; and at a certain point you resign yourself to the fact that, if you want the dessert list, you will necessarily have to get up to go and ask for it at the cashier; but at that point you have waited too long, more than half an hour, and you know that if you get up to go to the cashier it will only be to pay... And you leave without dessert: for this time an ice cream in the center will do

We stopped here twice (we will definitely do it again), a place with few tables, the place is basic but the food and service are really a pleasant surprise, good quality ingredients but above all well treated. The choice is large but despite this, the quality does not suffer. The staff is attentive and they know how to advise. If I had to find something negative I would say the little choice for vegetarians (which was not our case)
