Simple, but very, very good! Emilian cuisine above Trento. Excellent cold cuts platters with gnocchi fritti and crescenti. Good wines on tap. Many locals. Friendly, uncomplicated service. Very authentic! Check out the daily specials (risotto, maialino).

We went for lunch today with two small children; we were just passing through.
The food was divine; the slow-cooked rabbit was finger-licking good, and my 18-month-old couldn't stop eating it. Everything was truly delicious! From the platter to the pumpkin tortelli. The second strong point was the service: the staff were incredibly kind and the owner was top-notch! Must try!!! Thanks again to the Gnoccata team.

The restaurant consistently delivers consistently high-quality food. Typical Emilian dishes, including cured meats and cheeses, are recommended as appetizers. Delicious stuffed pasta dishes and matching meat-based main courses are also available. A wide selection of wines pairs perfectly with the dishes. Fast and friendly service. The outdoor garden is comfortable and inviting. Clean and tidy. Access is accessible. We always love returning.

I only had a cappuccino after the guided tour of the gorge. The restaurant is right across the street. Even though I didn't sit down to eat, I was served with kindness, which I didn't notice when I returned my cup to the counter or when I left. Still, it's a pleasant place and a really beautiful garden.

A pleasant stop before visiting the Ponte Alto Gorge. In addition to the classic platters of tigelle and gnocco fritto, the excellent zuppa inglese (trifle) is a must-try for dessert.

Excellent cuisine and an authentic atmosphere just outside Trento. Good quality, and the final price is reasonable, around €50 per person.
We mainly ordered appetizers: tigelle, fried gnocchi, mixed cured meats and cheeses, and giardiniera. We also shared a first course (pumpkin tortelli) and a portion of tripe. We drank two liters of good house red wine and a coffee to finish.
I highly recommend everything I tried.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
In winter, I recommend booking (in summer, there are plenty of seats outside).
