La Gnoccata In Trento

Very friendly service. You sit under large parasols, but unfortunately, the heat builds up there in the evenings, and it's very warm. Be sure to spray yourself with mosquito repellent! The tortelloni (€14) were excellent. And the fresh white bread with grated cheese was also great. Coperto €1.70 I wanted to have "Bonet alla panna" for dessert, but unfortunately, they ran out of cream. The drink prices are low: half a liter of bottled water costs only €1.50! Someone could pick up the trash around the building; it really doesn't look nice or inviting. There's a lot of trash, especially in the on-site parking lot!! Paper placemats and bread bags produce a lot of waste, which could be avoided: no one needs placemats, and there are baskets for bread. L'Orrido di Ponte Alto is in a prime location. Excellent food (the Vicenza-style liver received nothing but praise) and fast service.

After climbing the ravine, this restaurant awaits you with typical Emilian dishes. Excellent cured meats, nice place.

After the waterfalls we stopped, the prices are a bit high, the platter a little sparse without cheeses included and the tigelle and gnocco are limited, the service is friendly but it could be better.

Friendly staff and simple, good dishes

Near the entrance to the Ponte Alto ravine, just outside Trento, a typical Emilian restaurant with excellent products, homemade pasta, gnocco fritto, and warm tigelle, all homemade. They also offer wonderful jams to accompany cheeses and cured meats, and liqueurs to finish the meal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Top marks for the waitresses.

Enjoyed a cup of coffee before visiting the waterfalls. Friendly service, definitely happy to serve Dutch people.
