Unfortunately, the environment does not have air conditioning, which can be a choice, but at least with some fans, lunch would have been more pleasant.

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. Excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and delicious food. The quality/price ratio is perfect. Parking is close by. Truly noteworthy. THANK YOU. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

But the dish prepared today by my friend, the Chef, went far beyond tradition, transforming it into a true gastronomic experience. The perfect nest of al dente spaghetti was placed on a bright, delicate yet enveloping zucchini cream, adding freshness and a hint of sweetness to the savory flavor of the clams. The clams, carefully arranged around the plate like little gems of the sea, were juicy and perfectly open, a sign of impeccable cooking. The dressing, balanced between the scent of extra virgin olive oil and the light aroma of fresh herbs, was enhanced by a touch of grated lemon zest, which added vivacity and a clean finish to the palate. A surprising courtesy that doesn't even seem like you're in Liguria

We went for a sightseeing tour in Sassello. Informal but clean environment. Simple but friendly and polite service from the owner. Good food at honest prices. If we return to these parts, it will be a pleasure to stop here.

Vado spesso con mio marito o con amici a mangiare a La Girotta e devo dire che non delude mai: per la qualità del servizio, l'atmosfera accogliente e famigliare e, soprattutto, per la cucina eccezionale. Il personale del ristorante ci ha sempre accolti con un sorriso e guidati attraverso il menù con competenza e passione. La scelta dei piatti è variegata, con opzioni per tutti i gusti e le esigenze. Il punto di forza è la carne, potete trovare specialità come la bistecca di bisonte, il tomhawk, i bocconcini d’asino e persino il canguro. Ogni piatto viene preparato con cura e attenzione ai dettagli, utilizzando ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Consiglio di provare anche la farinata, proposta ogni giovedì sera.
