I visited La Giara in Fontanelle and had a truly excellent experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a relaxing evening. The dishes are prepared with great care: fresh ingredients, balanced portions, and truly harmonious flavors. Special thanks go to Marco, the waiter who looked after us throughout the evening. Professional, kind, and always attentive without ever being intrusive. He was able to recommend the best dishes and made the experience even more enjoyable. Sincere compliments! The pizza was good, except it was very watery. The dough almost tasted fried from the amount of oil, but it was good. We felt sick the next day, but that doesn't necessarily mean the pizza was to blame. The place is nice, but it's very small, which means you're not guaranteed to be seated for the time you booked. It was also stressful because of the cockroaches, but that's a common problem. It's not great that, being on the sidewalk, people pass by and wander around on their way to the bar and so on. I think the layout needs improving. The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately they had trouble managing the tables. All in all, even if it wasn't the best, I think we'll have to come back to confirm or deny it.

A delightful discovery. We found it by chance after an evening visit to the Valley of the Temples. While browsing for a restaurant on the way home, we were drawn to the photos of this place's pizzas. Our expectations were fully met. The pizza was large and of high quality, both in terms of the dough and the toppings. The staff was courteous and attentive, and the bill was spotless. I recommend it!

As usual in Agrigento, it's all smoke and mirrors. They line up to sit down, and everyone follows like sheep. The pizza is decent, but nothing exceptional enough to queue for hours. The staff is courteous, and the service is fast. But you can't call a portion of fries with two pans and two mozzarella sticks a mixed fry, and when I write "two," it really was two.
