Applause also goes to the cold cuts prepared by the owner and no less the vegetable side dishes. All delicious and seasoned with an excellent, pleasant and familiar atmosphere. Good value for money. The owners are very kind and good-humored people, they politely invited us to choose the meat at the counter and gave us advice as we were not experts. All types of meat are €43 per kg. In 6 people we chose a Prussian heifer and a Simmenthal for a total of 4kg of meat. As side dishes we took the french fries, the boat-shaped aubergines, the mashed potatoes with crusco pepper and a salad which we shared. To drink coke, beer and water. They brought us the heifer first with its stone plate to finish searing the meat. If it gets cold they immediately bring it back warm. Finally the Simmenthal always cut with relative cast iron. You can smell the meat already from the outside. Inside the place is very clean and the staff is always very kind and above all smiling. You feel at home. I also recommend couples to go there because in my opinion you can enjoy the experience and the tasting better. The owner also gave us a bit of a discount, sweet and bitter offered by the house, €240 divided by 6 €40 per person. We will definitely return.

Forse il miglior posto in assoluto dove ho mangiato la carne. Scelta vastissima per tutti i gusti, quella che ho mangiato io era commovente per quanto era buona. Spero di ricapitare da queste parti il prima possibile.
