Excellent ice creams and granitas! Large cones and if you want they will also make you a small cone for children making you pay much less unlike many who make it small but still charge you a lot. Always kind and smiling!

The product is top quality, generous portions unlike other establishments.... They could spruce up the shop by putting tables outside where you can sit and enjoy the ice cream.

I finally found coconut ice cream! 😄 it's been hard with them lately 😄 but they've been consistently DELICIOUS for years! 🤤

Went with my wife and 3 year old on Sunday 16 June 2024. Unfortunately I have to divide this review into 2 points of view: mine and that of my celiac wife. We had already been to this ice cream shop and we always enjoyed it both for the quality of the ice cream and for the area suitable for the child to play. The ice cream shop is located in an excellent area with outdoor benches and a few steps from the Maggiolina park. Outside the door there is a sign saying "GELATIGLUTEEN FREE", we enter and ask for information on the ice creams, warning that my wife had celiac disease: only 2 flavors with gluten and the rest gluten free, excellent. I start with my order, in the meantime my wife decides the flavors to taste after me. I order a brioche with ice cream. the brioche is wrapped in a bag, one of the 2 girls takes it, unpacks it away from the ice cream, takes it carefully using the napkin, but then approaches the (open) ice cream counter and unfortunately makes the mistake of cutting the brioche exactly on top of the ice creams, with a knife with a toothed blade, making several crumbs fall right onto the ice creams underneath. This was extremely serious for both those allergic and those intolerant to gluten or chronic diseases such as celiac disease. Before giving the floor to my wife, if you don't have this type of disorder, the ice cream is quite good (and I speak as a Sicilian), even the brioche was very good overall, unlike many other hardened and dried-up ones. I would say that in terms of taste, it is positioned in the top 5 of the ice cream shops in Spezia. My wife's review: "Message addressed to CELIAC PEOPLE. I went to this ice cream shop three times. As soon as you say you have celiac disease they wash their hands, change the scoop and take the ice cream from you, removing the first part. I was very happy and I go back a third time. My husband orders first a brioche, the lady who served it, takes the brioche and cuts it on the counter where immediately below there are the ice creams with lots of scattered crumbs... out of fear I didn't take the ice creams below but I was FORCED to take the ones further away. This thing it's very serious.. but not only that, when I pointed out what happened in a very polite way, she also defended herself by denying the fact and telling me that if I don't want it I can't even take it. Too bad, the ice cream is very good and of good quality but... this was very serious. So if you have celiac disease and are in La Spezia, I advise you to avoid this ice cream shop or get the ice creams further away at the counter."

Delicious ice cream, I recommend the Billy and the croccantino, in a fantastic wafer produced by them.

I hadn't been to this ice cream shop for quite some time and I must say that I found the ice cream much less creamy than in the past and with flavors that were not well defined.

Good ice cream at an unbeatable price 😀 5 euros 5 Perfumes…and generous scoops…so we had a blast…Friendly saleswoman
