Five stars to the lady in the dining room, the restaurant's true highlight, who was already in Barge a few years ago. In the kitchen, the chef's excellent potential struggles to fully express itself. It seems like he's lacking some of his former enthusiasm. Unfortunately, the bill is always on the high side. For a dinner for two (average in terms of the number and quality of the dishes), I expected a bill of no more than €100. What a shame. It's been like this for a while now. We'll give it another try.

Excellent Piedmontese cuisine revisited

A pleasant discovery. The staff is very welcoming, graceful in their manner and professional. The menu, in its simplicity, guarantees a culinary experience of good Italian cuisine - enhancing local ingredients. I will definitely return during my next stay in Saluzzo.
