For a dinner for two (average in terms of the number and quality of the dishes), I expected a bill of no more than €100. What a shame. It's been like this for a while now. We'll give it another try.

Excellent Piedmontese cuisine revisited

A pleasant discovery. The staff is very welcoming, graceful in their manner and professional. The menu, in its simplicity, guarantees a culinary experience of good Italian cuisine - enhancing local ingredients. I will definitely return during my next stay in Saluzzo.
