Sono ormai 10 anni che periodicamente io e la mia consorte andiamo dal "Matto" e ogni volta è sempre un piacere. Ammetto che ieri sera avevo chiamato prima altri due ristoranti, ma il primo era pieno e il secondo era chiuso.....e allora ci siamo detti: "chiamiamo la Gabbianella!". Destino! .......dovevamo tornarci almeno un'ultima volta! Ebbene si, come avremmo scoperto durante la serata, il locale, il "nostro" locale, chiude....e proprio 15 gg dopo. Destino, quello che ci ha permesso di godere ancora una volta dell'ottima cucina dello chef Antonio, della superba ospitalità sua e di suo figlio e di poter salutare e di ringraziare per tutti questi anni.
Grazie "Matto", nella certezza che ieri sera non è stato un addio, ma solo un arrivederci!

What a great discovery, excellent restaurant! Everything was perfect from service to plate, we recommend this beautiful restaurant. We loved our dishes, the products are well sourced and the combinations are very well thought out. THANKS !

Allora….partiamo dal presupposto che amo la cucina, cucinare, e visitare posti al top…a mio avviso questo è il miglior ristorante a Genova che io abbia mai conosciuto! contraddistinto da gentilezza estrema e professionalità, sono anni ormai che torno qui …. La gioia più grande è vedere il continuo studio e ricerca nella materia e nel modo in cui prepararla…che dire? Se siete di Genova o capitate qui sarebbe un delitto non venire a provare!

So...let's start from the assumption that I love cuisine, cooking, and visiting top places...in my opinion this is the best restaurant in Genoa that I have ever known! characterized by extreme kindness and professionalism, I have been coming back here for years now.... The greatest joy is seeing the continuous study and research into the subject and how to prepare it... what can I say? If you are from Genoa or happen to be here it would be a crime not to come and try!

Very refined dishes with quality I recommend it. This was the review of the previous dinner, this time I was very disappointed, I challenged an appetizer and the owner came out of the kitchen very aggressively, saying that what I said wasn't true, that the dish was very good, with anger and raising the voice. It doesn't mean that the customer is always right, but he doesn't attack. Now I miss knowing the seagull.......
