Excellent traditional Roman restaurant, offering generous dishes and authentic flavors. The porchetta is very good, flavorful and well-seasoned, as are the cured meats and traditional pasta dishes. Overall, I didn't find any major flaws, although the chicken isn't the highest quality and could be improved. The location isn't the best—a bit chaotic and very touristy due to the area—but it's still quaint. Service is a bit rushed because the place is often busy, but it's still organized and efficient. Good value considering the location and the generous portions. Recommended.

We all ate very well (there were seven of us). In addition to the classic Roman first courses, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were excellent. The desserts were also delicious.

During our stay in Rome, my wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. First, the warm welcome and kindness of the waitresses immediately made us want to stay, and then we enjoyed the delicious dishes—nothing else needs saying. I highly recommend it. Long live Fraschetta di Castel Sant'Angelo 👍

Siamo stati in 3 a pranzo il 23 Aprile e vi devo fare davvero i complimenti per tutto. Complimenti per l'ospitalità nonostante il locale fosse pieno ,siete stati veloci nel servirci tre primi piatti a dir poco Super. Carbonara ,Cacio e pepe , e Amatriciana davvero di qualità, e per finire ciambelline al vino deliziose. Situato a due passi da Castel Sant'Angelo la location e simpaticamente Romana giallorossa, quindi Dajjjeee Fraschetta Dajjeee.

06/10/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant last night. I'd been there in August and, having had a great time, chose it again. It's a great location, very quiet, and perhaps a little small, but it's well-used. The pizza is very good, as is the seafood salad I chose as an appetizer. The main courses were generous and inviting. Next time, I'll try the food. The menu offers a wide selection, including a wide selection of wines, and it's excellent value. The service is efficient, and the owner is very attentive to her guests' comfort and hospitality. If you're in Quarto Miglio and don't know where to eat, I highly recommend it.

24/10/2025: An excellent place to eat well in the Appio Claudio area. The Roman classic first courses are delicious, the gricia is top-notch, but the cacio e pepe needs improvement. The second courses are also good, especially the breaded cutlet. The full lunch menu is excellent, Monday through Friday, offering a choice of three courses, all for €19. The service is courteous and excellent.
20/10/2025: A lovely place with a family atmosphere. Good food and attentive, friendly service.
