The carbonara was good, but it was a bit too salty for me. The service was great. Thank you! Today’s special salad was a vegetable called Puntarelle, and I was surprised to see whole anchovies. Lol. The carbonara was so salty that I left the bacon.

An authentic Roman restaurant, everything is delicious, but the carbonara is on another level—the best you'll find in all of Rome. Highly recommended. It's best to book in advance to avoid waiting.
