5 stars are too few to evaluate yesterday's lunch: not a lunch but a challenge that ended not with the slipper....more: complete cleaning of the serving spoon of a phenomenal Gricia, after an appetizer of porchetta and focaccia with lard.
I would say more than satisfied. Very friendly and helpful staff!!!

We tried a pasta that was recommended to us and it turned out to be a little octopus and tomato... the carbonara is very good, yes. They do not charge service which is appreciated (it is not normal in the center of Rome). The bruschetas left a lot to be desired... but the saltimboca has a very delicious sauce.

Excellent food, and very friendly and polite staff.
My girlfriend was sick and they worried about everything and in the end when I got home I realized that they didn't charge us for her dish since she hadn't touched it, which is not a given. Thank you, we will return every time we return to Rome❤️

We found ourselves by chance in this place a couple of nights ago. We were happily surprised by the goodness of the food and the impeccable service. I have been through Rome several times over the years but in few places have I eaten really well, this is one of them. It is not possible to add the sixth star, I add it here as a bonus for the friendliness of the guys on the staff ⭐

Servizio super da parte di ragazzi giovani. Se vuoi respirare l’atmosfera romana questa è tappa d’obbligo. Buone le puntarelle, ma il massimo è stato l’arrivo della carbonara servita nella pentola, con una cascata di guanciale. Ancora io e il mio ragazzo ce la sogniamo la notte.
Se volete magna bene a Roma, andate alla Fraschetta e cascate bene. Veramente il TOP.

Dall’esterno il locale non è accattivante… fortunatamente lo è la sua cucina. Piatti della tradizione uno più buono dell’altro.
Porzioni abbondanti.
Abbiamo provato antipasti, contorni e primi. Gustosi ed abbondanti.
Personale giovane, gentile e simpatico. Prezzi medio bassi, nonostante ci si trova a 300 m da castel sant’Angelo.
