A very pleasant discovery!
I tried: Tongue in green sauce, white pajata and Roman tripe... all 3 dishes were fantastic.
The place is very pleasant, the staff courteous and helpful

Very characteristic location, very pretty rustic style, good quality food and drinks, local products, (pets allowed) which is also excellent. Advised !
A place characterized by ancient cellars dug into the tuff rock which give an ancient and welcoming atmosphere. Attentive and courteous staff and a refined menu that puts tradition and local products first!

Incredible place, a discovery from all points of view. You can breathe authenticity and tradition, passion and professionalism. From the location, to the wine list, from the platter of local cured meats and cheeses to the homemade first courses, not to mention the desserts, everything (and I mean everything) has the ability to make you say "I want to go back". The credit goes to those who lead and manage this little gem with love and commitment. Well done!
