Restaurant-trattoria, former millstone, with indoor and outdoor seating, with a nice atmosphere. Very generous portions, especially the house starter and with high quality products. Excellent quality-price ratio.

Excellent food consumed in a characteristic and typical Salento place. The food is quality, we had the spaghetti with clams and the mixed grill, all accompanied by their "bread" which is actually a very good focaccia (one piece leads to another). Special mention to the staff who work there: very nice! We will be back :)

We ordered a mixed grilled meat and a pasta dish with clams, and both courses lived up to expectations. The mixed grilled meat was a real riot of flavours. Each cut was cooked to perfection, maintaining a perfect balance between tenderness and juiciness. The quality of the raw materials was perceived. The pasta with clams, however, was a perfect example of simplicity and refinement. The pasta was cooked al dente, exactly as it should be, and the clams were very fresh. The service was impeccable: the staff were courteous, attentive and professional.

I recently went to the La Frascheria pizzeria restaurant and the experience was truly excellent. I booked via The Fork app, benefiting from a 20% discount The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor tables, perfect for summer evenings. I particularly enjoyed the mixed roast, cooked to perfection and full of flavour. The pizza was also a pleasant surprise: the dough is light and fragrant, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. Impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere complete an experience that I highly recommend to everyone. I can't wait to go back!

Excellent experience, we had a fried starter, a seafood first and second course and a Catalan cream. All extremely good and to be recommended, they accompanied the dishes with a focaccia made by them which was also very good. To date, the place where we ate best during this Apulian holiday. We will definitely be back

Excellent food, I recommend eating their typical products, I wouldn't recommend it for fish because I had a plate of spaghetti with clams, unfortunately the clams were tasteless, otherwise everything was excellent. Very nice place but could use some air conditioning or fans.

mi sono trovata di passaggio a mangiare alla “Frascheria”. Ho mangiato benissimo, il personale oltre che gentile anche veloce e molto professionale. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri ;)

Siamo stata a cena io e mio marito , eravamo di passaggio , personale gentile ,sorridente , servizio veloce nei tempi . Abbiamo preso una pizza molto buona con ingredienti di qualità , e una vellutata di fave con calamari e gamberi rossi ,che dire ottimo piatto delicato e gustoso . Ci ritorneremo sicuramente ☺️
