Small but very nice and welcoming restaurant, all in wood and with windows overlooking the mountains. The menu is not very varied, they only offer miacce, sparöi and polenta, but the food is really good. Friendly staff but a little "bungling" service from the waitress. Low prices.

Ristorante piccolino ma molto grazioso e accogliente, tutto in legno e con le vetrate vista montagna. Il menù non è molto vario, propongono solo miacce, sparöi e polenta, ma si mangia veramente bene. Personale gentile ma servizio un po' "pasticcione" da parte della cameriera. Prezzi bassi.

We stop every time we go to town even just for dessert. Every week has a different menu depending on what they have fresh. Welcoming, very honest prices, classic local food with local products. I recommend it to everyone

Con amici si era a visitare Carcofaro, cercavamo un posto in cui stuzzicare qualcosa e troviamo La Frangolla. Assaggiamo le famose miacce tipiche della zona, il ristorante ne propone diverse. Ne proviamo 4 di cui una dolce.Consiglio vivamente sia la gitarella al paese che la sosta qui. Personale gentilissimo e prezzi accessibili

We went today! We hadn't booked but they found us a table for two! Excellent food quality! Very friendly staff!!! The prices are very, very honest!

19/04/2025: Prima volta ci siamo trovati bene,tutto buono anche il servizio ambiente tranquillo si sta bene unico appunto che posso fare il gelato con le fragole buono ma poco gelato poi restano le fragole da sole non hanno un gran sapore é una piccolezza chiaro comunque ci ritorneremo

29/03/2025: An amazing family restaurant!!! We had a Family lunch with 10 people. Service was outstanding and the food even better. Wow wow wow. Highly recommend.
05/03/2025: We learned about this wonderful place thanks to my husband who won a lunch for 2 people. Lunch consisted of an appetizer, a first course, dessert, glass of wine, water and coffee. Unlike other places, where "eating for free" they almost don't consider you and can't wait for you to leave, we were welcomed with extreme kindness and warmth by all the staff!! The hostess was phenomenal, from the service to telling the story of Buronzo, the castle and the inn. The open kitchen allowed us to compliment the chef as we thoroughly appreciated the dishes offered (complete with a final touch). Then we had the opportunity to view the internal courtyard and purchase products in the small shop, also inside the restaurant. I hope to go back because I loved everything! The food, the place, the owner and everything else!!! And then also the walk through the historic center! Really beautiful
