I have been going to Focacceria almost daily for about a couple of months and I have honestly never been disappointed. Monica, the owner, is an attentive and hospitable cook, a true guardian of traditional Salento cuisine. Here I have rediscovered, with great pleasure, the dishes of my childhood... Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Had it not been for our bicycle tour guide Marco we would have never found this family owned restaurant! The foccia bread with the cherry tomatoes that came right out of the over was warm perfection! Met the owner & daughter. So many food choices to pick from. Vegetarian friendly.

It was a kind of buffet where we could choose from several dishes. Prices weren't displayed, and we had trouble understanding whether it was for one plate or several. Ultimately, each dish or side dish requested corresponded to a plate and therefore a price. We found it expensive for what it was. The meatballs weren't to my taste. We don't speak Italian, so communication was difficult, but perhaps asking for prices would have made a better choice of the dishes selected.

Like staying at home. Fresh ingredients, simple traditional dishes cooked with skill. Friendly and very kind staff, the lady is a person of times gone by due to her personality. Particular and refined environment. Recommended for those who want to spend a pleasant lunch break.
