Fantastic experience had in August in this place discovered by chance. Delicious typical Salento food, it feels like eating at grandma's house, super friendly and nice staff.

Authentic Italian place with delicious, homemade and varied food. The waiters are wonderful and the restaurant is very cozy, we will return!

What a great discovery, we were in Galatina for 6 days we ate at La Focacceria 5 times .. The place is only opened for lunch and it is real, authentic and you pick your plates, Monica is a sincere host and the food is delicious. We met the family and enjoyed every time we ate here. A wonderful little restaurant with seasonal home cooking. We ended up here by chance and were thrilled. There was a nice selection of seasonal dishes to choose from on display. As non-meat fans we were more than happy here. The Parmigiana is definitely recommended here. A really beautiful place, which is made very special for us by the pleasant, calm manner of the owner. (Absolutely fair value for money.)

Siamo stati attratti in questa trattoria dalle recensioni positive e siamo rimasti un po' delusi. Non conoscevamo la formula per mangiare: in pratica i piatti sono tutti già pronti e tu devi scegliere, tipo sala mensa. Non c'è un menù e non sai quanto pagherai. La ragazza te li scalda e li porta al tavolo. Noi eravamo arroccati sulle scale e in equilibrio precario con il tavolo che ballava continuamente. Il cibo è molto gustoso: abbiamo preso la parmigiana, polpette, pollo al forno, che ha salvato la serata. In due 44 euro, non proprio economico.

Dopo il primo pranzo in questa Focacceria ci siamo letteralmente innamorati di questa cucina: ad ogni assaggio si percepiva il sapore di ogni ingrediente squisito e genuino. Abbiamo mangiato carne, pesce, verdure, ma soprattutto piatti della tradizione, come i cecamariti, piatto unico delizioso. Concordo con chi elogia il sugo sia delle polpette sia degli involtini...esperienza magnifica fare scarpetta con la focaccia o i panini caldi caldi! Consiglio fortemente una visita a questo locale per il cibo semplice, genuino e davvero gustoso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e il merito è anche di tutto lo staff, a partire dalla cuoca, la sua famiglia e la cameriera molto professionale e sorridente. Grazie per la vostra ospitalita' e competenza.
