Each dish is a story of a journey and cultural encounters. The amberjack in the appetizers is revealed in a flash, and a treasure chest hides the caponata on biscuit, the toasted chickpea and the Milanese risotto pralines among its drawers. Exploratory cuisine and high-level service, with a selection of wines worthy of a great restaurant. Also very helpful with our younger diners who continued to tell the stories and magic of the dishes they tried long after returning home.

We had dinner in the wine cellar, a very welcoming and nice place, dishes well prepared and excellent on the palate with an exceptional explanation from the chef on the composition of the dish and what led to the completion of the work of art, I would say, a mix of flavors linked to the family and his homeland.

The culinary and human relations journey undertaken last night at the Filanda was instructive and rewarding. I recommend it to everyone. I hate giving grades, which I consider reductive and resulting only from the evidence shown at that moment but, if I have to give them to express our satisfaction, I can only give a nice 10 and praise. From the welcome to the final greetings, from the first course to the dessert, the chef and his highly trained staff pampered us not only with their discreet and courteous presence but above all with tasty and inviting dishes that delighted our palate and sight. They won us over and made an evening, already important for me and my husband, even more special. Thank you.
