I ate at this wonderful place last night. I think it's one of the best osterias I've ever eaten at. The girl in the dining room was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, as well as very cheerful.
Let's move on to the dishes. I had tagliolini with white ragù, which melted in my mouth. I'm not a big pasta fan, but yesterday I finished it in 10 minutes. The tagliata with lard and truffle was delicious, cooked perfectly, and you could taste both the truffle and the lard without overpowering the flavor of the meat. Kudos also to the baked potatoes; it's hard to find them cooked well and not dry.
All that's left is to say thank you for the experience, maybe I'll come back someday.

We had a wonderful meal there! We ordered zonzelle with cheese and prosciutto, a tagliata with lard and truffle, tagliolini with white ragù, a "micamale" burger, and roasted and fried potatoes: ALL GOOD! Great value with The Fork discount!

In giro per Cecina abbiamo deciso di prenotare dall'app, prenotiamo per le 12,30, ambiente cordiale e carino, bagno pulitissimo, il ragazzo di sala ci sa fare e ci affidiamo a lui, antipasto eccellente, primi e secondi piatti veramente gustosi e ben fatti, frittelle e Tiramisù sublimi!! Ci torneremo presto!!!
