Had a beautiful lunch here. Kindly inquired about something I fancied that wasn’t on the menu and they whipped it up for me. Pork belly was to die for.

Il locale è semplice ma carino. Il menù abbastanza vario. Buone le polpette su crostone, tagliata non male. Deludenti i ravioli ripieni di patate con fonduta (ma sembrava besciamella) e tartufo, arrivati quasi freddi (evidentemente scaldati poco) e comunque insapore. Servizio volenteroso, tempi accettabili. Il voto tiene conto dell’offerta di The Fork.

Locale posto in una stradina del centro. L'ambiente è caldo e accogliente. I proprietari sono molto gentili. Il servizio preciso e informale. Il menù comprende essenzialmente pietanze di carne con diverse scelte. Le cose assaggiate le abbiamo trovate buone. Interessante la carta dei vini.

Osteria Il Sigillo

08/12/2024: I went there for dinner with friends....quiet, not flashy place immersed in the historic village of Rosignano Maritime. Very well cared for (I particularly appreciated the Florentine influence in every sense). Excellent dinner very well looked after by the owner's daughter (whom I really congratulate). He was friendly and sociable and served us special and delicious dishes. Fair price for quality and service!
15/10/2024: We ate at Sigillo a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. A calm and peaceful environment... the innkeeper and his wife manage the environment alone so no fury and a lot of patience... all compensated by excellent cuisine.

03/02/2025: The girl who served us (girl) was super cute and friendly. The food was good. The decoration is very agreeable, the furniture made with wine boxes. The older lady was very reluctant and in a bad mood...she didn't feel like working or selling.
