The fig omelette and the grilled first course are very good. The salty husbandzzo is truly delicious. The nougat dessert is delicious. The service was a little slow.

The best restaurant in the province immersed in the historic center of Veroli!
The Farmacia del Gusto has nothing missing to be considered a place of excellence, our experience was unforgettable
Chef Castagnacci's cuisine demonstrates a careful selection of raw materials and a refined study of cooking and preparation techniques
As appetizers we had the artisanal Maritozzo filled with buffalo stracciatella, Cantabrian anchovies and confit cherry tomatoes, and the buffalo tartare made with capers, dried tomatoes and pepper - the latter absolutely not to be missed!
We then tried the fini fini with fig and pine nut pesto: a fresh, pleasant dish with a surprising flavour
Finally we tasted the veal cheek with green sauce, soft potatoes and Verolona donut crumble (the chef's homage to the city of Veroli): a meat so soft that it breaks with a breadstick and with a strong and tasty flavor - mine favorite dish of the evening!
We ended on a sweet note with the nougat semifreddo with caramelized almonds and pecans.
The experience was also made unique by Alberto who, as an attentive host, welcomed us, served us and advised us.

La Farmacia del Gusto offers more than just a meal: it is a sensorial experience. The raw materials and the quality of the products are excellent, with dishes with refined flavours, tasty and well presented. The wine list is superb, and the staff is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Located in the historic center of Veroli, the location is enviable, although not accessible by car due to . The service is courteous and precise, with appropriate waiting times between courses. Prices are medium-high, reflecting the quality and attention to detail that characterize this unique restaurant.

The "Taste Pharmacy" is more of a taste experience than simply sitting down at the table. Excellent raw materials and product quality. Dishes with refined flavors, tasty, well prepared and presented. Superlative wine list. Friendly, polite and prepared staff. Excellent location in the historic center of Veroli.

Sophisticated place, too dark for me. Unprepared staff, I asked what was in the amuse-bouche, the girl who served us couldn't answer, catering requires 360* preparation
Very good appetizer, the artichoke done to perfection. I think the cod was stockfish, too salty and too hard.

Ristorante situato nel centro storico di Veroli, pochi tavoli, ambiente molto curato, musica di sottofondo piacevole che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera rilassante. La cucina è ricercata e con materie prime del posto di alta qualità. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dal percorso gastronomico offerto. Piatti gustosi, ben presentati e mai banali. Consigliati in modo sapiente da Alberto, ottimo padrone di casa.
Il conto si stacca un po’ dalla media ma lo ritengo giusto per la qualità dell’offerta.
Lo consiglierei per una cena romantica . Tornerò per provare altre pietanze

We went to this beautiful restaurant, for an informal dinner, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. The food with refined flavors took me by surprise and pleasantly surprised me. The welcome and truly excellent service. We thank those who, for a simple glass of wine, took a walk in the cold to the cellar! We'll be back soon...wait for us!

At the Farmacia del gusto the gastronomic experience is the result of a series of components that are difficult to find in a single reality: attraction, impact, sensation. The quality of the raw materials is the indispensable prerequisite for a conscious, inspired and inspiring cuisine, generous, aimed at researching the particular and open to sharing. A refined technique is at the service of the chef's heart. There is everything on the plate: composition, stratification, recomposition, personality, evocation, dialectic. The demonstration that technique is never an end in itself, being rather a way to communicate with the diner's palate. We enjoyed an excellent appetizer based on local cured meats and cheeses and an off-menu, buffalo pie with truffle and variations of tomato and basil (a dish that should absolutely be included in the proposal), some gnocchi with stewed pork on broccoli cream and candied orange and a carbonara risotto with shaved black truffle. We are not used to having dessert, but the construction of the dishes and the impactful and refined flavors convinced us to test the chef's skills also in the art of pastry making: croquettes, chocolate and pear cake, homemade tart. TOP level. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, impeccable and empathetic service. The bill is commensurate with the high standard of the offer.
