Elegant dishes made with excellent, top-quality ingredients; the menu focuses on just a few courses, yet each is crafted to the highest standards. Recommended for candlelit dinners or with small groups of friends, especially since the vast selection of wines and other spirits will make for a truly superb evening! Excellent in every way, with just one small tip: coffee should always be served after dinner! Otherwise, everything was perfect!

18/05/2025: Uva rara is a special place, a rare pearl in the Foggia panorama, a bit of a wine shop, a bit of a restaurant, both high-level things. The interior of the place is a living room, it has a cozy and serene atmosphere, informal and well-kept. The food is very good, both cold and hot dishes, with uncommon choices (the anchovies with Saint Marcellino are worth trying, the pork belly as well). The drinks are equally good, with excellent bottles (and not just wine, but also spirits and cocktails), and with staff who know how to help you in your choice and dedicate time to you. People are the secret ingredient of the place, once you get in tune it's like going to dinner with friends.
