15/09/2025: Everything was wonderful. The fregnette alla boscaiola and the troccoli with guanciale, pecorino, and nettle were delicious, as were the arrosticini. The lady who served us was incredibly kind, friendly, and sweet; she even brought us two bruschettas to nibble on while we waited for our first course. The prices were truly very reasonable. What can I say? A dream. Thank you so much.
03/09/2025: You look at it from the outside and think... oh, the place is cute, with a pergola in front and a convenient location along the street...
Then you go in... and you enter a timeless place. A slightly retro atmosphere and a very homey feel, you actually feel welcome.
The menu arrives, beautiful in its simplicity, in the handwriting, in the paper, and in the ribbons that compose it.
You read the offer of the day, not particularly extensive, but just reading the names (and smelling the aromas) makes you say... I'll take it all!
And so we did, at least for the first courses; we asked to bring them all.
Basically, a rumba for the palate, from the farro ceriole (similar to fettuccine) with porcini mushrooms and sausage, to the orecchiette (giant) with provola and eggplant, etc., etc.
The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and truly friendly.
The wine is also excellent.
In a nutshell?... we're already planning to return as soon as possible.
