The staff could be improved, the waitress was rude, and there were four small slices of bread for two platters. The food was very good, and the price could be reconsidered. The pistachio cake was the best dessert I've personally tasted.

The selection is wide and well-curated, with both national and international meats, always cooked to perfection. The local side dishes are also excellent, which further enhance each dish. The menu also offers good first courses, but the real protagonist is undoubtedly the meat section. The red wine cellar is worthy of note: carefully selected labels, perfect to accompany the gastronomic experience. The service is attentive and adequate, and the bill fully reflects the quality offered. The staff is friendly, dishes are served with minimal waiting times and the quality of the food is top notch. We've gone for dinner a couple of times and it never disappoints, everything is truly delicious.

Let me start by saying one thing: it is a barbecue restaurant that should return to focusing on what it knows, meat. Everything else is reviewable. It is not enough to inflate the menu with words which then "on paper" do not correspond to reality. The ravioli filled with cardoncelli and chianina tastes neither of cardoncelli nor of chianina, which in my opinion are absent, and when cut, the presence of an unmentioned vegetable was evident (spinach? Friarelli? Let me know). among other things, the dish included "a light parmesan sauce" as a condiment although it arrived seasoned with a simple tomato sauce, watered down and with the classic hint of excessive acidity from a sauce that was not well drawn. Pork meatball good but too dry. Very good grilled bacon. The only truly worthy note are the bruschetta, although the cooking of the bread can be reviewed because toasting is fine but burning a little less, and the salted caramel dessert, truly excellent. For the rest, although convinced of the superior quality of the Meat raw material which leaves you speechless just by looking at it in the shop window, I would change the cook for the first courses. I would add that from a place that allows itself to offer a glass of wine at exorbitant prices, one expects a global offer worthy of the words used to inflate a menu that is certainly not worth the average expected expense. I won't be returning
