A very pleasant surprise! A super-stocked shop with a wide variety of sweet and savory items, all gluten-free. The focaccias are some of the best I've ever had, and the staff are all super helpful. I recommend booking in advance if you're looking for something specific, but you'll always find a wide selection at the counter. They also have sandwiches, focaccias, and cassoni filled with whatever you want! We'll definitely be back!

The brioches were delicious, as were the pastries. I went with non-celiac friends and they said they didn't even seem gluten-free. Everything was really excellent.

I've been a customer of this sweet shop for years. If I had to rate the many delicacies they offer for celiacs, it would be a solid 10 out of 10 for everything: the ingredients they use, the attention to preparation, cleanliness, care, kindness, service, etc. This is a comment from a celiac who has lived her life (59 years) as a celiac, having been diagnosed with celiac disease during weaning. Breakfast at Docetteria was a must during my vacation in Rimini. Everything was excellent; there wasn't a thing I didn't like. I only managed to photograph this delicious chocolate roll because the rest was immediately devoured. Kudos to the entire staff. Finally, gluten-free products that are just as good as gluten-free ones.

I wish I lived in Rimini just to be able to eat here anytime. 😀 They have good coffee and the best gluten-free (and vegan) bakery goods I have eaten so far. Just in our 8-day vacation we visited them 4 times, and each time it was the same great feeling of having eaten something so tasty and yet still gluten-free.

Simply sublime! An excellent gluten-free breakfast, catering to various intolerances. A pleasant chat with the girls and the owner revealed the hard work and dedication behind it. Truly, congratulations, everything was excellent.

The croissants were incredibly delicious, and the staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The cream puffs were also delicious, and the cakes were absolutely delicious. Definitely a big recommendation for people with celiac disease and their companions!
