Fantastic owners. A little gem in the Val d'Orcia, family-run, with fantastic food, fresh ingredients, and a stone setting with a small, welcoming garden. Last but not least, the homemade cheesecake, among the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommended if you're passing through.

We had a family dinner, and I must say we felt right at home. Exceptional service, attentive and helpful waiters in every way. Exceptional food, artisanal products, and fabulous dishes. We ordered fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, pici all'aglione, and the famous nettle rice... amazing! For main courses, we decided to have two grilled dishes for six, and beyond the attention to detail, I'd like to emphasize the boundless quality! Delicious side dishes; I recommend the fries, cut and fried by them. In short, my recommendation is to come to this restaurant nestled in the tiny village of Centeno. ❤️

It is the first time we have come to this restaurant and it was an enchanting discovery. The staff was kind and genuine and the place was traditional in the middle of Tuscan nature. I recommend the first pici with tomato sauce and the fettuccine with mushrooms and minced meat, amazing! We also had a mixed starter and cheesecake and they were delicious too...we will be back! L&S

Ristorante che si trova in una piccolissima frazione . Arredamenti semplici e gestione familiare . Il cibo ottimo ,soprattutto la Fiorentina cotta davanti a noi ,era molto tenera e gustosa . Prezzi onestissimi ,assolutamente consigliato !

10/06/2025: I went back after a long time and I have to say that everything remained as it was. The giant pizza served on two plates is very good, light, thin and crunchy and you can easily finish it, average prices considering the size. The calzones are also very large Good light draft beer, I don't remember what it was. We didn't take the desserts but looking at them they seemed exquisite Characteristic and well-kept place. I highly recommend a visit.
02/05/2025: Advertised as the best pizzeria in Tuscia, this pizzeria does not disappoint expectations. The pizza is thin and really excellent, served on two plates for those who are hungry, but also available in a smaller version on request. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas, accompanied by tasty appetizers, often offered in the lighter baked version rather than fried. The selection of beers is also good. The service is courteous and efficient. A pleasant discovery in an unexpected context.

27/08/2025: Good food, cozy, cool dining room, good service. The only flaw: the bathroom is small, uncomfortable, and above all, dirty, due to customers who show little respect for public spaces. Clearly, the busy staff won't have time to clean the bathroom every time it's used. I would, however, suggest checking it out every now and then. It's up to the public spirit of those who use it to leave the restroom as they'd like it. Otherwise, everything's fine!
24/08/2025: Great experience!! Super good pasta, fasta service. Nice tables round the corner. Super good choice !!!!
