It's my favorite place when I'm craving meat. The tartare on marrow is very good and on Saturdays and Sundays not to be missed is the coratella... the chosen meat is presented at the table before cooking with the relative price and this is no small feat, the wine list is good... the chocolate salami is excellent and fun in the presentation

A beautiful and well-kept environment with exposed meat and top Roman cuisine, I recommend it for both lunch and dinner, the excellent service, the guys are super kind and helpful

Returning from Rome, towards our Marche, we were looking for a nice place with typical Roman cuisine, to have dinner. We stopped here and it was a great find! Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent cuisine; The place is beautiful, very tastefully furnished! Truly sensational selection of wines and meats. A true paradise for lovers of Costate, Fiorentina and Tagliate. Not least the first courses! The desserts are also delicious! In the "pantry" you can always find the best things!! Congratulations to all the staff for their availability and professionalism. If we find ourselves passing through those parts it will certainly be an obligatory stop.

This place turned out to be a surprise, thinking we were finding a country restaurant, we found a sophisticated, refined restaurant with excellent food and a nice welcome. I will return with pleasure

A trattoria on the Via Tiberina to Fiano. Always frequented by locals and local businesses for work because it is the only one to provide a service with simple, traditional dishes with carefully sourced ingredients. Don't miss the Nebrodi ham when it's available... The owner is an attentive and friendly researcher of excellence.

Eravamo di strada e abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo in questo ristorante. Si è rivelato una piacevole sorpresa. La cameriera mente ordinavo del prosciutto di maiale dei Nebrodi, ha tenuto a specificare che non era al 100% Nebrodi, perché al momento non lo avevano. Molto apprezzata la specifica e ancor più apprezzato l’antipasto. Ottima la carne alla brace.

Piacevole grande sorpresa. Conoscevo questo posto ci venivo con la mia ex moglie, debbo confessare che ho cercato oggi nei paesini intorno per trovare qualcosa di più caratteristico, ricordandomelo un po' troppo scarno come locale seppur genuino. Non trovando posto nei ristoranti dei paesini limitrofi ho deciso di tornare a 'La Dispensa" in quanto si erano fatti le ore 14. Entro con l'attuale mia moglie ed ho trovato tutto completamente cambiato. Il restilyng della location molto più calda ed accogliente ben arredata.Tonnarelli al ragù di Fassona piemontese superlativa. Una vera e ricca porzione di abbacchio scottadito e vi spiego perchè la definisco così : prendo dappertutto questo piatto lo pago dai 12 ai16 € a seconda dei posti ma quello da 16 è uguale a quello da 12, povero e consistente in 3-4 braciolette, più osso che carne, ed alla fine ci hai mangiato più pane assieme che ciccia. Qui alla "Dispensa" lo paghi 20€ ma è un vero secondo piatto, di abbacchio ne mangi eccome. Broccoletti ripassati ad arte e gusto. Per non far pensare che abbia un interesse personale a ben recensire il posto dirò anche una cosa che non mi è piaciuta : finisco sempre i miei pranzi fuori casa con un buon caffè corretto alla sambuca e mi capita che non sempre è della Molinari ma Ramazzotti o Saraandrea ed è ok comunque, ma qui mi ci hanno messo qualcosa di diverso da una sambuca sembrava più un centerbe, rovinandomi completamente il sapore del caffè. Ma ci torneremo sicuramente perchè, così come per me con la moglie attuale, anche questo posto si è elevato di qualità.
