Welcoming atmosphere, top quality raw materials as well as the cuts of meat. I had dinner at La Dispensa and was struck by the experience that I consider extremely positive. I recommend it especially if you want to eat meat. Every bite left an aftertaste on the palate that I have never experienced before! The owner was welcoming and very friendly, as was all the staff. Highly recommended!

For carnivorous maniacs this is a paradise, high quality meat of various quality, all possible types. Excellent choice of hams too, first courses presented with quality raw materials, both 0 km pasta and condiments. Helpful staff, the dominant figure in the restaurant is the owner, very friendly. Pleasant place but which suffers, at full capacity, from a bit too much noise. Price in line with the market, relative to the level offered.

We’ve been here several times now, and it’s always a satisfying experience—especially the pasta con Ragu! On our last visit, we ordered the steak and it was fantastic—honestly one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! So tender and juicy. Also very child-friendly. Our son loved the Ragu and could’ve easily finished the whole plate on his own!

Tanta roba . Carta dei vini interessante , parecchi champagne in carta . Menu stra ricco , la Cicci ala fa da padrona . Antipasti eccezionali crudi di carne onnipotenti . Molta cucina romana in carta tipo trippa coratella agnello . Patatine fritte stra buone , maionese fatta da loro . Sono il numero 1 a Riano e se lo meritano ! Bello bello bello !!!!!

Non mi ha entusiasmato ma non sono stato male in questo ristorante sulla Tiberina. Cibo di buona qualità ma servizio da rivedere. Le portate non sono arrivate insieme e comunque il servizio lo abbiamo trovato un po' lento. Da riprovare.

22/06/2025: Sunday lunch: nice and cozy place, attentive but never intrusive dining room service. We had as an appetizer an egg with truffle on a nest of crispy potatoes (spectacular in the presentation and astonishing in the taste), two first courses: a pappardella filled with potatoes and porcini mushrooms (beautiful to look at and very pleasant to taste); a tricolor gnocchi (beautiful to look at but the taste lacked that extra kick); two second courses paired with their side dishes (good and not banal) and two desserts (a very fun deconstructed tiramisu and a delicious creme brulee) water and coffee. 115 euros for the experience offered price perfectly in line with the offer. everything plated, presented and served with care with new and pleasantly surprising combinations. Definitely worth trying the summer menu put on the table soon. We will be back.
15/06/2025: One word to describe it: Superb! The creamed cod appetizer was very good, the Gricia was perfect, the cockerel and lamb were amazing! Good wine list, prices in line with the excellent quality of the raw materials. I will definitely be back.
