The atmosphere is small, comfortable, and very charming. They use only Sardinian products, starting with the aperitifs, using Aperol, a local gin. The kitchen is open and well-organized, and the menu is unique, with a few delicious dishes. We let Gianni, who is highly experienced and skilled, guide us in our choices, and we opted for the tasting menu. Appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, and a bottle of wine... All delicious and special. The price is very fair. The final highlight is that the owner shook our hands as we were leaving... You're not a number, you're a wow customer.

We went to "LA CULLERA" because we hadn't booked for lunch on January 1st and many places in the center of Alghero were full. In the end, this restaurant welcomed us, despite the lack of seating and given the late hour for lunch, and offered a little outdoor area just for us. Roberto, the owner, and the entire staff pampered and delighted us with their dishes. We ordered excellent spaghetti allo scoglio (spaghetti with seafood), which I've never had better, Alghero-style agliata (a garlic sauce), better than our Cagliari-style burrida (a burrida), excellent fried fish, and above all, the freshest fish. The house desserts are also absolutely worth trying, especially the nougat and tiramisu. A must-see for anyone visiting Alghero. I highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back. 🔝🔝❤️
