The fried food and anchovies were really below par and did not live up to the restaurant's name, absolutely poor quality.

This family-run seafood restaurant is located in the center of Sabaudia. The atmosphere is simple and unfussy, while the menu is entirely dedicated to seafood.
We started with fried anchovies, marinated anchovies, sautéed chicory, and seafood panzanella (a bruschetta topped with a seafood sauce made with calamari, octopus, and other seafood). For our first course, we chose spaghetti with lobster; for our second course, we chose sea bream and grilled porgy. All this was accompanied by two glasses of wine.
The final bill was around €40 per person. Overall, it's simple, familiar, and traditional cuisine: no unusual twists, but a good value for money for those who want to enjoy fresh seafood in an authentic setting.

Super nice trattoria with tables outside. The service was great, everyone was very friendly, and the food was really good! We went back on our second evening in Sabaudia and were delighted again.

July 28, 2025, reservations for dinner for two adults and a 7-year-old child. We sit inside, a nice, slightly vintage place. It's a shame about the poor service; we were greeted with room-temperature house white wine, but no short pasta for the child (?). I asked for paper napkins after the first course, and they brought me one. Okay, I might be picky, but I shouldn't ask three times for bread, or for oil and salt after the second course arrives. Lastly, the mixed salad was already dressed. It's a shame because overall, the food was good and fresh, and the prices were reasonable.

A family-run restaurant, very friendly staff, and excellent food! I recommend the gnocchi with clam sauce, but having been here several times with my family, I have to say the food has always been good, no matter what dish I chose!
