We went to this restaurant for a friend's birthday. There were five of us, including two vegetarians. The welcome was very pleasant and comfortable, and although we had to wait for our table to be ready, the wait was no problem. The location is beautiful, and the view is truly unique, directly overlooking the lake, with a perfect view of the entire basin. Despite it being a cloudy day, the view was truly breathtaking. The restaurant's waiters were very helpful, friendly, and polite. They care about their customers' satisfaction. The menu, with a few essential dishes that can satisfy all tastes, made our lunch enjoyable. In addition to what's on the menu, ask if there are any off-menu items. The photos show the very satisfying appetizers that do the job—appetizers that fill you up, but just enough to let you enjoy the rest of the courses. The first courses were portioned appropriately, without being overly generous. The final tart was truly delicious, homemade with all the hallmarks of a tart: crispy, flavorful, and with jam, probably also homemade. The restaurant has tables for couples inside, while the outdoor veranda can accommodate groups. If you decide to sit outside, remember to ask for blankets if it's not a sunny day. ;) Highly recommended. Congratulations!

A simple yet effective menu, with delicious, well-presented, and satisfying dishes, all in a characteristic setting. Outdoor seating is available with a rewarding lake view. Will we return? Yes.

Beautiful view, excellent food and staff.

Characteristic restaurant nestled in the rocks, overlooking the lake. (On nice days, you can eat outside.) Excellent traditional Roman dishes: I recommend the cacio e pepe and cod. Courtesy and kindness. Average prices.

A true gem in Castel Gandolfo! No need for excessive lighting, sophisticated furnishings, or extreme culinary culture! To find authenticity, freshness, and a pleasant welcome... all you need is a little heart and soul in your profession! Kudos to the staff who welcomed us, the food served, and the overall dynamism between hospitality, service, and the pleasure of offering delicacies that make you want to return! In fact, we hope to see you again soon to extend the culinary experience to the many dishes on the menu! Congratulations!

Lovely service from the waiters at lunch, very polite and helpful. The food was delicious and had a beautiful view from the patio. Will definitely return on a future visit to Roma!
