La Crepe Bovino Vito In Conversano

Crepes (savory) good, well filled and tasty, but waiting times too long for a crepe, service between discreet and sufficient. Another point is the plating, to be improved but there are the basics.

Historic place in Conversano and over the years it has maintained the quality that has always distinguished this place and this family. If you want to eat crepes, this is the place to go.

The crêpes, both savory and sweet, were good and well prepared, but I found them less filling than expected. The environment where you eat is quite dated and could do with a refresh to be more welcoming. The service, although courteous, was also not particularly fast. Overall a decent experience, but with some room for improvement.

The crepe dough was very good, the filling was too much cream compared to the other toppings, the sweet ones were very good, the service and atmosphere could be improved.

Da tanti anni un'istituzione a Conversano, la famiglia Bovino ha ulteriormente migliorato, se era possibile, la qualità e la varietà del servizio offerto. Partendo da un assaggio di antipasti che vanno dalla polpetta alle eccellenti olive del territorio e arrivando alla vasta scelta di crêpe's. Qualità ingredienti ottima e servizio accogliente e preciso. Un consiglio? La crêpe alla salsiccia e aceto balsamico e i dessert tutti rigorosamente artigianali. Un'ottima alternativa alla solita serata con pizza (comunque presente negli antipasti) o alla grigliata di carne (anch'essa nel menù). Consigliato al 100%!
