Crepes (savory) good, well filled and tasty, but waiting times too long for a crepe, service between discreet and sufficient. Another point is the plating, to be improved but there are the basics.

Historic place in Conversano and over the years it has maintained the quality that has always distinguished this place and this family. If you want to eat crepes, this is the place to go.

The crêpes, both savory and sweet, were good and well prepared, but I found them less filling than expected. The environment where you eat is quite dated and could do with a refresh to be more welcoming. The service, although courteous, was also not particularly fast. Overall a decent experience, but with some room for improvement.

25/09/2025: A good pizzeria on the Giovinazzo seafront, always very popular and crowded. It offers good appetizers of all kinds and excellent first courses, but the restaurant's strong point is the pizza. A pizza made with a Bari-style dough that seems to have been pulled back in time. They make pizzas the way they used to be made, which might please even the most purist, but they also make Neapolitan-style dough upon request and some gourmet pizzas. I remember the pizza menu being very long and many pages long, perhaps a bit too many. A good pizzeria, but definitely not top-of-the-line. When we went, we asked the waiter to take care of the appetizers, and we were happy with it; everything was good. I recommend this good place.
