Among the various dishes I tasted, all good and some of which were original such as the carbonara or the one with porchetta and mushrooms, the Gaia with chickpea humus, tomatoes, caramelized onions and vegetables, is certainly the one I liked the most. But every person has their own tastes and tastes and choices, luckily I have found many. A nice assortment of craft beers too, of which Petrognola is certainly the icing on the cake!
