A special place to eat a good puccia. There are many options, or you can fill it however you like. The prices are affordable, and the girl who served us was very polite... Everything was perfect!

From the outside, the place looks like a London delicatessen at first glance. Once you step inside, you're immersed in an atmosphere that transports you at least 50 years back in time. The owners are exceptional, and the food is deservedly 5 stars. Cleanliness is top-notch.

I ate there, in the open space in front of the restaurant, with my friends. It was all magical: the atmosphere, the food (plentiful and delicious), the beer, and even the bill!! The girls pampered us with smiles and advice, but the real treat is Massimo, the extraordinary host! Corte dei Sapori? Highly recommended!! Oh, and take your time reading the menu... 230 pucce isn't a small amount. 😅❤️

Locale curato nei dettagli anche attraverso la storia esposta nelle foto. Salumeria bistrot di altri tempi eccezionale nella sua realtà. Massimo accoglie con grande empatia i suoi clienti. Pucce salumi e formaggi selezionatissimi ed ottimi Tappa obbligatoria per i sapori nel banco I taglieri la grande sorpresa.

08/07/2025: Good food and generous portions. We tried the pizza, the grilled meat, and the excellent orecchiette with tomato sauce: simple, authentic, and flavorful. The restaurant is very popular with both tourists and locals, but despite its large seating capacity, the service was quick and efficient. The location is strategic, equidistant between Martina Franca, Cisternino, and Ostuni, ideal for a stop during a day of hiking in the Itria Valley. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but it offers honest, well-prepared, home-style cooking. The only minor detail—which I don't consider a real flaw—the grilled vegetables were a bit too raw for my taste. But that's a personal preference, not a criticism. Recommended, and I would gladly return.
