It is a very cozy place, despite looking a little old it is very clean. The employees are very polite and friendly, the food is homemade and delicious.

The hotel has a historic charm that unfortunately suffers from the passage of time, without significant renovations that make it more modern. The most positive aspect is represented by the managers, who stand out for their great courtesy and professionalism, demonstrating considerable experience in welcoming the customer. Another plus point are the prices, which are decidedly competitive. The internal restaurant offers simple but genuine cuisine, with a good quality-price ratio, ideal for those looking for an unpretentious meal. In short, a structure that can satisfy those who favor a warm welcome and low costs, but less suitable for those looking for updated modernity and comfort.

I stayed for a weekend with my family, the structure is a little dated but overall very clean, the rooms are equipped with air conditioners which heat the environment and make it comfortable, the family management is the strong point of the structure, since everyone , starting from the owner up to the waiters, they are helpful and friendly, a five minute walk takes you to the main square and a ten minute walk (600 meters on foot) you reach the Montecatini Alto funicular. I recommend the structure to those who want to spend little and enjoy the beauty of the place.

The hotel needs maintenance. It was a mediocre hotel we stayed in during our Italy tour, but we got used to it. The location was good, breakfast and bathrooms were bad.

I was here for a week for work. Very attentive, efficient staff, clean rooms, excellent and plentiful food. More than positive experience.

We were 9 people in this hotel for this year's Lucca Comics. Very kind and helpful owners and staff: they also accepted our particular request to add a bed in both a triple and a quadruple room, transforming them respectively into a quadruple and a quintuple room, and they included breakfast (even if served at the bar) without additional costs, given that a supplement of €10 per person was indicated on Booking. Excellent quality/price ratio. Clean and spacious rooms. Really recommended!

Ho cenato durante un viaggio di lavoro e ho trovato subito un'atmofera simpatica e un'accoglienza amichevole da parte del pizzaiolo e tutti si sono fatti in quattro per farmi vivere una bella serata. Ho potuto seguire il campionato sugli ampi televisori posti in sala da pranzo. Ho ordinato una pizza, che è arrivata esattamente nel momento desiderato, era gustosa e senza troppo cornicione, proprio come piace a me. Il prezzo era assolutamente onesto. Lo consiglio a tutti, magari la prossima volta proverò un primo!!
