The location is excellent. You can take a single train to Florence. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. It's an older hotel, but the rooms are okay. I liked the breakfast.

Centrally located hotel With an on-site bar/restaurant that serves excellent pizza, but most of all, I'd like to praise the friendliness of the staff, especially the night porter, who's available for any need!

Stayed 1 night in a triple room. Very good value for money. Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff, and a comprehensive breakfast.

05/10/2025: With recent optinions of the place I was hesitant to go there, but since it's the only place close to the zoo (thats not inside the zoo) I decide to try my luck. And I can happily say I was not disappointed! Food was good, so was the beer. Service was also nice, we got a very tasty spicy home made olive to try with bread. Give it a shot!
04/08/2025: Personale gentile e soprattutto cibo semplice, casareccio e buono. Pochi fronzoli ma l' importante è che si è mangiato bene e veloce. Ambiente pulito un po' etnico ma formale. Ci siamo sentiti a proprio agio. Ci torneremo.

20/10/2025: We made the journey from Montecatini Terme to Montecatini Alto twice and ate at this restaurant, which boasts a lovely atmosphere on the lively main square of the small village. Everything we enjoyed during these visits was exceptionally good. Therefore, we definitely recommend this restaurant. A special recommendation is the "Tagliere di affetati," a snack with sausage, cheese, bread, and various sauces for two people – definitely worth trying.
28/09/2025: I only used the bistro services without accommodation. It is located right on the square where I had dinner. I ordered their Quattro stagioni pizza, which tasted quite good and also with beer. The service was quite attentive.
