Locale molto carino avviso informale ma allo stesso tempo elegante dove puoi andare senza l assillo di trovare parcheggio.Noi abbiamo prenotato il menù 30 km e devo dire che è andato tutto bene piatti effettivamente molto ricercati e abbastanza "tecnici", ma molto buoni ..uovo alla carbonara fantastici ma credo il top sia stato l'agnello filetto e prosciutto.Buoni anche i dolci.Interessante la carta dei vini anche se lato bollicine lombarde un po' troppo limitata a pochi produttori. Prezzo del menù fisso (58€) ma con vini acqua caffè e coperto non si spende poi così poco, In due abbiamo poi speso 220 €.Peró ne può valere la pena.

A fully deserved Michelin star, for a young and very good chef. The tasting menu is recommended with which you can taste different dishes including welcome appetizers, appetizers, first course, second course, vegetables (the plate of 34 micro tastings of vegetables and tubers each with very very particular condiments... is spectacular), pre-dessert, dessert, coffee with small pastries. You leave very satisfied.
The wines accompanying the menu are also excellent.
Certainly once or twice a year, if possible, it is worth going to these young chefs and seeing and tasting their dishes and wines. We also live for these moments.

Possibility to choose between courses of various courses or à la carte.
Whatever you choose, never forget the egg cooked at 65* carbonara!!!

Pranzo con un gruppo di amici nessuno dei quali era mai stato qui. La location è bella. Ci fanno accomodare in una tavolata formata da diversi tavoli uniti che però sono disallineati, cosa che si nota anche perché non ci sono le tovaglie, fastidiosa per chi è “a cavallo” di due tavoli. Il servizio ha diverse sbavature, per esempio piatti serviti o rimossi dalla parte sbagliata, vini di diverse bottiglie (stesso tipo) versati in bicchieri non ancora vuoti e altre piccole sbavature. Il cibo nel complesso è buono con alcune eccellenze, tanti piatti sopra la media e pochissimi sotto le aspettative. Il conto è in linea con le aspettative ma, per la stella e per questi soldi, è lecito aspettarsi di più.

Lunch with a group of friends none of whom had ever been here. The location is beautiful. They make us sit at a table made up of several tables joined together but they are misaligned, which is also noticeable because there are no tablecloths, annoying for those who are "straddling" two tables. The service has several flaws, for example dishes served or removed from the wrong side, wines from different bottles (same type) poured into glasses that were not yet empty and other small flaws. The food overall is good with some excellences, many dishes above average and very few below expectations. The bill is in line with expectations but, for the star and for this money, it is reasonable to expect more.

Today was the first time in this beautiful restaurant, but not the first time we tasted the chef's wonderful dishes.
Course with dishes full of flavour, top ingredients and a feast for the eyes. Friendly, prepared staff, present but not intrusive. Very fine and elegant rooms. If you didn't understand, he liked it a lot, a lot and more. We can't wait to return.
